There was a piece missing from the case ( the 1/2 to 3/8 converter . I’m sure I can buy one separately but I don’t know how to contact the supplier and get this piece sent out to me rather than return the whole thing

Looks exactly as shown
I have not used this as yet as I purchased in advance of a project, it looks the Business and feels quite substantial. I am sure it will be fit for purpose and prove good value. I will review further once I have actually used the item.

Easy handling and smooth functions
Amazingly very handy to work with it while fixing my car. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Easy to store as design is very well made.

The click to signify achieving the set torque is far too quiet and accompanied by an indistinct feel, there is a danger of applying excessive torque. The addition of longer bits to increase the range of applications facilitated would be a nice touch to consider, perhaps as an additional add on purchase. This could lead, along with the above "click" problem being solved, to increased revenue and sales. I hope this review will be received as constructive as opposed to critical.
