Is this actual official sanei?

I returned this. Was very disappointed with the quality. Looked nothing like Peach. My son has a good number of the official Mario plushes, but this one was nothing like them... and was much bigger too.

What type of tag does she come with?

There should be a rectangular-shaped tag attached to a label with some sort of plastic, folded in half like a book with no pages. There is information on the front, rear, and inside. The tag's size is maybe 1/4 of Peach's overall size; you'll mostly see it dangling below her legs.
The information it contains is mostly written in Japanese, especially inside and on the rear.
There is some English on the front. In the corner, it says "SUPER MARIO" with the official logo (and some small Japanese print below it). The rest of the tag has official artwork of her royal highness, and some more English which says "ALLSTAR COLLECTION" and her number in the collection which is 05 (and some more Japanese).
If you or the user does a lot of things with her, the tag can be damaged over time. The material of the tag feels like card, but the tag of my older copy from 2018 wore out, after a few years of taking her with me often in my bag. If you would like to preserve the tag, removing it from her without damaging it shouldn't be too hard; you could also use scissors to cut the plastic that attaches the tag to the label.
Since the copy I bought in 2021 has mostly remained indoors, her tag's condition is more-or-less the same as new.

Doesn't look like Peach at all. My son has  most of the Sanei Mario plushes and they all look exactly like the characters, but this is a really cheap version!
