It is a very nice jackhammer
*VEVOR Demolition Jack Hammer, MAX 1400W Electric Jackhammer* I'm blown away by this jack hammer's performance! The 1400W motor delivers impressive power, making quick work of concrete and masonry tasks. The 360ยฐ swiveling front handle provides excellent control, and the included chisels are durable and effective. I've used it for various projects, from breaking up concrete slabs to digging trenches, and it's performed flawlessly. The build quality is solid, and it feels sturdy in hand. The price is also competitive, making it a great value for the money. *Pros:* - Powerful 1400W motor - 360ยฐ swiveling front handle for improved control - Durable chisels included - Great value for the price - Effective for heavy-duty tasks and DIY projects *Cons:* - Some users report oil leakage issues - Handle can be loose if not properly secured - May require occasional maintenance Overall, I'd highly recommend this VEVOR Demolition Jack Hammer to anyone looking for a reliable and powerful tool for their projects. Just be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and take necessary safety precautions ยน ยฒ ยณ.

A good tool to have on hand when needed
Small but fairly powerful. As a woman I was able to break a very large concrete block that the contractor carelessly dumped in my yard. I broke it in small chunks and managed to get rid of it. It will probably do many small jobs. For the money, it was a great buy

Lots of Demo for the Dollar
Instruction booklet is useless, unless you've never pulled the trigger on a power tool. There's nothing about how to maintain it, grease it, oil it. YouTube is your friend. Which is what cost this a star. Otherwise, I own it for a few $ more than what it would have cost to rent it for four hours. Minimum, even for half an hour's worth of work. I bought this specifically to bust out good sized shrub stumps, and it worked without a hitch. It seems heavier than advertised, but I'm older than advertised, so...Now that I see all the accessory bits like shovels and big chisels, I can think of more things to do with with. Wish I'd had it when I busted out the brick and cedar post front elevation on my house. Would have saved me a bruised thumb and several hours. It gets hot. The short booklet makes it sound like that's a bad thing, but I can't see how it could do its job without generating heat. It was also a hundred degrees outside. It seemed like an eternity but it was only a half an hour for something I'd chainsawed, recip sawed, scored with a circular saw and beat with an adz and hammer and a pick for what would total a day and a half. Thirty minutes and some profanity and it was done. If you need an expensive jack hammer to bust some stuff up, this is a good choice. Be advised that NONE of the videos are this hammer. IF you want the one with wheeled luggage and more bits, spend more money. For me this one was fine.

Deceivingly great jackhammer
Everything you need, protective glasses, gloves, lubricants, etc. is included. You get 2 hammer blades. Easy to assemble and use. Weight is enough to give needed force during operation. Pleasantly satisfying.

Updated: NO Hammer function. Got jacked
Second unit and still no hammer action. Second unit did have a small amount of vibration though. I watched videos and seen this unit busting concrete and stones. So i made a video of my own. The unit would not pierce a piece of wood. Under its own weight i can feel a vibration. But i can easily push down on the unit and the vibration and noise changes. Defective unit. The electric motor works. Can see movement of parts in the grease chamber. But ZERO hammer function. Will update when replacement arrives and able to use it, IF able.

But it! You won't be disappointed
Bought this for my builder who was using the old method of chisel and heavy hammer to break out walls and concrete slabs... he praises this jack hammer! Does the job well.. cuts work time in more than half! 5 stars

super useful and economical
This tool is very similar to a good air hammer used in automotive, it come with a pointy and spade bit. I am using this to install plants in the Sacramento area, while new to me, I found you cannot dig a few inches without hitting various rocks, from small stones to basketball size. This tool saves a lot of time trying to use a shovel to break through the rocks. It will chip off some of the rocks but on small "boulders" it will just scratch and not break them, this still allows to loosen the soil around and remove the tiny boulder. I have seen the landscapers have a bigger electric "standing" style with a big spade and they seem to be able to break them apart. On the Nevada side I have seen similar rocky backyard exists where I have watched them work and had to use a jackhammer almost with each hole they dig. I find it is best to push the pointy bit into the dirt and then tilt the tool, it will loosen up, repeat until it is full of holes, and then shovel the dirt and rocks out. I can tell you it is still very time consuming and exhausting for a size 15 "15 gallon" plants which is very popular here, takes about an hour to dig such a hole by hand and maybe about half the time aid of this tool. I only wish the bit is longer since as the hole get deeper, the reach can be awkward, but doable. 100% wear full goggles because chips will fly everywhere, and close your mouth. (Dust wasn't bad in my use) The best thing is the price, it is economical I am not too worried about grease and stuff, it comes with some grease but not clear how to use it, if it breaks I would buy it again.
