Thule Stravan Sleeve for 13-Inch MacBook - Dark Shadow

Bought this as a second laptop case. Looks very smart, lovely soft plush interior that will definitely protect my laptop when I drop it. Only slight niggle is that the zip pulls on it are made of very cheap plastic. For something which is otherwise quite professional looking, the bright blue toggles feel a bit naff, like they're made for people with neuropathy and difficulty gripping normal zips or something - I have an old Thule case of slightly different design and it has smart metal zips.

This is an excellent laptop sleeve, fur lined, water resistant with an extra front pocket for ipad, phone etc!It is slightly more expensive than some on the market but then you are putting a £1000 laptop in it for protection. The laptop fits snugly inside cocooned in the fur lining, a good quality zip makes opening/closing easy. A quality product I could easily recommend.

This is a sleeve designed specifically to protect a 13" MacBook Pro or MacBook Pro with Retina Display.The lining is strangely fluffy, is that in case the MacBook gets cold? I presume it's for added protection but I did find that a weird!There is space in the zipper compartment for an iPad.It's water resistant (not waterproof, so don't leave it out in the rain) and will resist the occasional splosh of water.It's well-made, the seams are reinforced so (hopefully) it won't fall apart too easily.The zips have useful blue tugs, so you're not searching around trying to find the zipper-puller to open or shut it. As other reviewers have noted, it doesn't have any handles, so it's not designed to be used on its own (unless you like walking around holding things) so would have to be stored in some sort of bag if you were travelling...It also doesn't have a mad amount of logos or writing all over it, which for me is a definite plus.It's what I'd call discrete in colour and design.I don't think I'd spend this much on a cover myself, even with all these added features, so the price might put me off but if you're spending £800+ on a MacBook this would do the job:)

Saved my MacBook Pro from 1.5m drop! Great quality, fits my Apple keyboard and trackpad in the side pocket.

There is a huge choice out there for mac book sleeves and cases, so when the Thule name popped up I thought it worth a look.It isn't a hard case, but then it isn't totally soft either. There is a sense of rigidity with the exterior "shell" feeling very tough and unlikely to snag, cut or split very easily.Inside is a plush lining, with plenty of room for a snug but not too tight fit for a mac book. The front pouch will fit an ipad, or if you're a creative person, it will fit a Wacom graphics tablet very happily. The zips are also quite heavy duty without looking industrial, and the overall effect is minimalist but not trashy.It is a little more pricey than some of the alternatives, but having had Thule products for nearly 20 years elsewhere in our household, I have to say this is a trusted brand which has sensibly extended into this sector without compromising on core values.Well made and finished, quality materials used, thoughtfully sized and finished, and reassuringly protective, I'd happily recommend this case. If you don't like the Thule grey, then you can always customise it.

Gorgeous. This is a really high quality protection sleeve for my 13" MacBook and iPad from Thule (pronounced tool-ee).Darkest grey/black, it is detailed with a flash of turquoise on the zips and looks top quality.The zip extends around both top corners for easy access, and has 2 zippers for easy opening.Inside it is all soft, padded and furry. It's lovely!On the front is another pocket for iPad which is also furry but slightly less padded at the front edge.I love the neat, compact design and being able to carry and store both iPad and MacBook at the same time.Note: there's no accommodation for chargers, so these I carry separately.

Good quality and well made with reasonable protection for a soft case. Reason for the 3 stars is that it is very roomy for the 13" MBP (Dec '16 model), too roomy in my opinion, bit of a sack. I've since gotten a much more snug fitting sleeve with similar protection/style.

I spend a lot of time looking for the perfect case for my 13-inch MacBook Air . This is a well made, lightweight sleeve that offers excellent protection. Nice if you already have a carryon or backpack for the MacBook.

Thule stravan is the perfect sleeve. That's it. Go for it. The fit is perfect and the material used is premium. Price for the product is spot on.
