KitchenCraft Plastic Cutlery Drainer Caddy, Grey, 16 x 8 x 12 cm

People saying this is not stable and not suitable to use upright... are you guys putting all your cuttlery at once or what? I use it upright and no problem at all. I'd buy it again, it's also very easy to clean and looks nice.

I wanted a SMALL cutlery drainer for the plastic/nylon implements that come out of the dishwasher because, like all plastic/nylon of any make, they never dry in the dishwasher's drying cycle. This means I wouldn't need a full-size cutlery drainer. If your clean-up regime involves a lot of washing-up by hand, particularly of cooking implements, then this is probably too small for you.It feels substantial, suggesting that it's sturdy, and it's heavy enough that it doesn't move about or topple over, even with spatulas, tongs, skimmers in it (see Brabantia's nylon kitchen implement range, available on Amazon, for an idea of length etc).Simple design but a good design, and pleasing in appearance as it's not too angular and it's also not obtrusive. And good value for money, as 2quid50 (including Amazon's free p&p) is virtually nothing these days.

For the price it's pretty good, sturdy enough and holds a decent amount of cutlery without it all falling out the sides

This is a plastic cutlery drainer, in dark grey, almost black. There isn’t a lot more to say. It’s convenient for me because it fits into the small side sink I have and the colour matches my sink too. However, I’m writing a review not only because I’m pleased with it, but because the product photos are pretty poor, so I’ve taken my own so you guys can see what it’s like at the base, and also see that it comes apart and slots together again very easily, making it easy to keep clean. Additional I purchased this as an Add On item for only £2.50, so it was an absolute bargain!

I like the look of this and that it easily comes apart for cleaning. However, there is no weight to it at all, which means I put in my large carving knife, or a soup ladle etc and it topples over. I then have to find a way to balance it.This propensity to fall over like a fainting goat is a tad trying on the nerves when all you want to do is wash some dishes - not chase carving knives around the kitchen after this cutlery drainer has decided to try to launch them into space.If it was redesigned with square ends it would likely be more sturdy. For now washing up has become a lonely sport as no-one else, including the dog, dare be in the kitchen when the dishes are being done, for fear of having a projectile launched at them, or having to cover their delicate little ears from my bad language.

We have been looking and changing cutlery containers an none was doing the job properly. Forks got stuck, tea spoons were falling out and so on, till we came across this fantastic plastic item, lightweight but heavy enough not to topple over, now finding the right item is a doddle. It can be used as a drainer but we use it as a cutlery container, all at a very fair price!

Wanted it for narrow space but does not take many knives and forks in it before it topples over not sure if the base is too narrow.

Contenta con el producto. Base muy estable. Tamaño adecuado al espacio que tengo para colocarlo. Volvería a comprarlo sin dudarlo.

Oggetto rarissimo: un piccolo scolaposate dal colore scuro. Non credevo fosse merce così rara. E bello, buona plastica, stabile, veramente contenuto, adattissimo per 1/2 persone e facilissimo da pulire grazie al divisorio estraibile.Nb: il fondo è forato quindi bisogna stare attenti dove si poggia

La rejilla inferior está construida por una serie de orificios por los que se cuelan todos los cuiertos. El diseño no es bueno, ya que no han tenido en cuenta algo tan básico. Pasa con diferentes tipos de cuberterías ya que tenemos más de tres y en todas nos pasa.No recomendable.
