It is hard to believe that a package that contains breadcrumbs, herbs and spices can make something so delicious. A box should feed 4 people BUT this really is not the case if you love it. I have jazzed the stuffing up to make it go a bit further and added additional ingredients. I fry diced onions and celery in butter until soft and add it to the packaged ingredients. If you find it a bit greasy just break up bread into pieces and add to it. It really does work and doe NOT spoil the Stove Top Stuffing taste. It is expensive but well worth it and I tend to only to use it only for special occasions.There is one thing that you must look out for and that is the date. Previously I have ordered 6 boxes and had a use by date for the following month. This is not acceptable and I suggest you email the seller before you place your order that you are requesting a longer 'sell by date'. Truthfully, the stuffing packet is only dry ingredients and will last longer but it is not the point.
