Milani Conceal + Perfect Liquid Undereye Brightener - Rose

I very rarely want to leave more than 5 stars, but the Conceal & Perfect Undereye Brightener 01 Rose is great. I'm 52 & this doesn't crease or make my undereyes creepy. It gives just enough coverage to brighten & hide the dark circles. It feels moisturizing & light on the skin. And the price is just an added bonus. For reference, I have fair cool complexion. I wear this alone without foundation. I used to use Tarte's Shape Tape, but the coverage is too heavy for my ageing skin. I tried the Milani on a whim because it was on sale for Black Friday. But I'm very glad I did. This product brightens but it's not true color correction. It does give light concealment on it's own, but If you're looking for a concealer with more opaque coverage that also brightens, try Jeffree Star in one of the pinks. It's 3 times the price, but it doesn't crease or settle into lines.

I love this! I have fair skin and dark under eye circles, and while this product does not completely hide the darkness, it does a pretty good job. I'll wear it alone or with concealer. It does crease, that's unavoidable, but I like the way it wears.

This has more sheer to medium coverage than I expected. But I liked that. The color is more peach IMO than rose which is what I was looking for as a color corrector. If is very easy to blend BUT it can keep on being blended and isn't budge proof IMO. I think it may smear throughout the day. I did not try to set is with a setting powder so that might have helped had I done so. It has a slight sparkle or shine to it. Guess it illuminates the under eye. Not sure how sanitary the sponge tip applicator may be. Personally I plan to transfer the product to a brush and then use it under my eye. It is almost a dead match for my skin tone which is not what I was going for. so I think I will try another color to try to find a better color as a color corrector. Maybe something even more peach. I think this is a nice product if you can set it and it doesn't more, if you wish the shimmer it provides and if you can find a more sanitary application method that the sponge tip.

I'm genuinely impressed with this Milani pink concealer. I previously had a pink concealer that would go on a bit dry though it did well to cover. But this makes my skin look dewy and hydrated. The color blends seamlessly and is smooth. It is a bit thinner in consistency compared to a different one I was using prior to this, so I do have to add a couple layers before it gives coverage. It's lightweight and does not settle into any creases or bends in an unflattering way. If you have pink undertones, this blends very nicely. I wish it was a bit bigger, but I will definitely be swtitching to Milani's.

Note that this concealer is only .2 oz - plus it is only about *half full*. If it were one full ounce, the cost would be $49.85. I would look elsewhere if I were you; this product is not even travel size. This is a rip off.

I tried this out today and it's excellent. It didn't settle on my old lady eye wrinkles and the color works for anyone with fair to light skin. It's not too thick or oily. AND, I ordered a much more expensive brand, Beauty Pie, and it did everything I was afraid of- it didn't blend into my skin well because it's too thick and ended up emphasizing my wrinkles and discoloration. So, Milani won a new customer.

It went on very creamy and gave a brightening effect, even without concealer. If I just want a natural no makeup look with light coverage, this is great. It concealed quite a lot of the purple & black under my eyes having a genetic blood clotting deficiency since birth. Really makes me look awake & fresh. Putting my tarte concealer over this was a bit overkill with how bright & lifted my eyes look. It wore nicely about 6 hours before I removed it & did not crease or flake. Definitely will buy again.
