Disappointed in "help" for the MIIW 3D Pen
After one use--and with proper "unloading" of the filament (per instruction), our pen is unusable--clogged, jammed, something. There is NO help available for this product. The troubleshooting guide did not help; there is NO website for MIIW 3D Pens, and NO community forums for discussing problems and issues. My 17-year old son received this (from me) as a Christmas gift, and we couldn't use it the second time. Now that he's gone to college, my 14-year old sank her teeth into remedying the problem, but there ARE no remedies. Very, very frustrated with this product and support.

Didn't work out
Got as a gift and the kids enjoyed a few hours of great fun with the sample blue color and then when they tried to switch to a different color, it wouldn't feed through and stopped working. Didnt last more than 2 hrs. Not sure why it clogged but bought 3 and it happened to all 3. Amazon kindly returned due to the one yr warranty which is a plus and for me giving 2 stars

best gift
The 3D pen worked better than expected. My son has already built planes, cars, figures, name, and many more. It opens up so much more to the imagination when building in 3 dimension. Highly recommended for kids gift. he loves it

My son loves using this 3D penMy son wanted this for birthday gift. it's a lot of fun and entertaining for him. It brings out the creative side of him. It comes with instruction on how to use or operate this 3D pen. Very easy and simple to use . This device is suitable for everyone to use. I played with it and enjoyed making a toy plane. I just wanted to test it before I gave it to her to be sure it was good quality. It works really well without any problem at all. It enlightens intelligence, strengthened practical ability but most of all stimulate the artistic side of my son. A wonderful gift for kids.

Don't waste your money
My daughter used it once for 2 minutes. Started to write and it just stopped working. Can't get it to write again. Total waste of money. Even bought the refill pack. Useless.

This 3D pen is so awesome.The pen is well designed and the temperature control is pretty good. Almost no heat outside,the 3d printing pen and can draw whatever you like. The weight is just right for extended use without fatigue. Adjustable temperature and speed of extrusion make drawing structures quite creative.This is such a fun tool and works well for smaller hands. it's really fun. I really like it and would recommend it!

Great Birthday Gift
Purchased as a birthday gift for my 10 yr old nephew. Really a cool pen. My nephew was excited to use it. He had a great time. It was easy to use and it was cool to see the things he can make. I already bought extra PCL filaments. I will update after those arrived in the mail! Shipped and arrived as expected! I have no problem recommending this product to anyone!!!
