Medium sized cells for lettuce starts
The trays are not large cells, more like medium to small. If you’re looking to get lettuce starters or smaller plants started, it’s a good size. If you want to start tomatoes, squash, or peppers I would choose a different larger one.Durability has been acceptable. They haven’t broken yet and I’ve reused them without issue. I except about three uses out of each one and that’s with being careful when removing the seedlings I like that it’s a four pack. Six cells would be too big.The plant identification strips are simple but they don’t give you near enough. I use popsicle sticks from the 99 cent store anyways. Can’t say too much else about them. If you’re looking for small four cell containers in this quantity and can’t find them at the nursery, pick them up. If you’re looking for something else then don’t.Click useful if this helpedThanks

I thought they would be bigger but good quality
Smaller than expected. This is a comparison between the ones you get with your plants at the nursery and the these tiny ones. But they do fit in the trays for seed starting.Update: these are holding up very well. Sturdy and well made.

These aren't large.
Each set of 4 takes up the equivalent space of only half of a traditional sized 6 cell planting tray. Thus, these cells are small. Instead of calling them large, the title should say small since they are much smaller than traditional planting trays, and quite honestly barely bigger than a peat pellet. So I wish I had checked dimensions in advance. You can start lettuce in this, and realistically you'd have to transplant it pretty quickly. I'm testing that out now so these are still usable! However, I don't know if I would start anything else in it.

Good Size to start the seeds
With four seedling cups together, it is actually quite durable compared to other bigger size trays. The size is just right to start most seeds. Love it.

Size is good, a little flimsy that's all.
These are super thin. You need to be extra careful when taking your seedlings out of these as they are very flimsy. I had no problem with seeds germinating in these. The size is perfect.

Getting ready for spring.
Have not used these yet, but they seem like they will work great.

Prefer 4 Cells To 6
Purchased these to replace some cheaper and smaller cells I picked up at the local hardware store. My previous cells would constantly crack while squeezing the sides to loosen soil and were difficult to transfer due to cramped spacing. These are much more durable and give plenty of room to maneuver. The larger size means you’ll use more starter but you’ll need to water less often and the extra space will allow for better root growth. I can see these lasting a few seasons. Overall, happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Affordable larger Cell
This is the size often used for those 1020 flats sold at box stores. 4 cell petunias and peppers to transplant in the garden, I am growing mine from seed this is next step will be able to plant more actual varieties than I could afford to ever do. While these are not meant to be highly durable..I know from past experience some of the things planted in them and what to expect from this product.
