Dennerle Nano Catappa Leaves

Quality Product, well wrapped and packaged. Clean and whole. All leaves have been cut to size. Shrimp graze on them for ages and last 3-4 weeks in tank before only the main shaft left. Have helped as extra holiday food. Also liked by both Otto and Pygmy Cory

Shrimps love it :)) had to stop giving them for a while as they weren't cleaning the tank, only munching on these! Lol! Now they get one every now and then and when we go on holibobs :))

These Nano leaves were a hopeful source of food for my team of ghost shrimp, however after 7 days at the bottom of the aquarium the leave is in the same condition as it was when I put it in. It seems that, for whatever reason, my shrimp aren't interested in it. This won't deter me, I will persevere - there are 11 more in the packet and hopefully at some point the shrimp will graze on it. The leaves are approximately 4 inches in length and are well packaged in a plastic sleeve which fit nicely into the cardboard packaging which keeps them safe and secure.There have been some reviewers comment about the leaves causing murky water - this was not a problem for me and after a week in the water it remained clear throughout. I followed the instructions on the packet and placed the leaf onto the top of the water... within 2 days it had made its way to the bottom of the tank. It was reassuring when I removed the whole leaf to see that it had retained its structure and didn't fall apart as I pulled it out with a set of tweezers.

Follow instructions on the packet, and eventually the shrimp with eat each leaf as part of their diet.

I'm fussy about what I put in my aquarium so I chose these because they are a branded product, although I realise this is no guarantee of quality. However, they are not small whole leaves which the illustration on the pack suggests but cut outs from bigger leaves which I could have bought for a few pounds more and would have worked out a lot cheaper in the long run. These are very expensive for what you get, i.e. 12 per pack and, in my opinion, do not represent good value for money.

Good sized samples and nice to have this option to test out the varieties. Shrimp are happy!

Ho preso queste foglioline di Catappa perché sapevo che erano molto apprezzate dalle caridine e così è stato!Ho due caridinai da 20 litri e ne ho messa una per acquario e le caridine le hanno apprezzate davvero tanto.Spesso ci sono sopra per mangiare e oltre a questo le foglie di Catappa hanno un sacco di benefici per l'acquario, hanno ottime proprietà anti-batteriche e anti-fungine e sono ottimi condizionatori d'acqua!Costano davvero poco, le consiglio!+Io come dicevo su 20 litri ne ho messa una, anche perché tendono a rendere l'acqua leggermente gialla.

Bon ok, il faut mettre un certain prix et les feuilles sont découpées les rendant parfaitement identiques les unes des autres.Maintenant, elles sont tout à fait conformes à ce que l'on attend de ce produit.Elles coulent bien.Dans mon cas : nano à crevettes : elles adorent ! Il n'en reste rien ! Les bactéries finissant le travail.Pour un nano, on peut tout à fait découper la feuille en deux.
