Tasty, handy and easy
If you need to take this, the triple pack is the way to go. It's economical and easy. You need to be careful about the dilution as not enough water doesn't dilute it enough and you're left with a thick gloop. But too much water and the orange flavour almost disappears.

* Physical This gel works to get your bowels under control. The taste is nice too. It's recommended to take each sachet in a large and full cup or glass of water, and stir it for 20 seconds, then drink it straight away after a meal.. This makes a bigger gel to work with your stomach contents. And two a day for as long as required.

I use one sachet a day and happy with the results, though do have issues if I miss a day. Tastes similar to orange squash if you drink it as soon as it's made but becomes sludge like if you wait a few mins.
