Because the base is in three sections for transport it has to be on a flat surface and clicked together properly

Very effective product
Good product but the stand was difficult to keep assembled whilst putting the water but on it. More thought to this part of the design would be recommended. Sturdy and well built water but.

I was pleased with the large size of this water butt, I will be able to store a lot of water in it. What did impress me was the customer service, item was missing the tap customer service were polite and acted promptly.Thank you customer service
