Help for skin that's developed craters!
Now inching my way past 55, and inching my way toward - gulp - 60, I've recently noticed that my skin has changed drastically! It's been a shock and very discouraging; suddenly, fairly smooth skin with just a few laugh lines, has developed grand canyons and meteor craters, and those new natural landmarks seem to be ideal places for impurities to collect! Ack!OK. I might be exaggerating a bit, but seriously, I've been kind of horrified as my pores seem to grow larger by the day, and a (new) crease beneath my chin erupts regularly with little red pimples or something resembling them an awful lot. Sometimes with a head, often without. No matter how many times a day I cleanse my face, I feel like I've been fighting a losing battle... It's been embarrassing and frustrating.UNTIL... Tada! I can't believe it. This stuff has worked for me!! I know everyone is different, and I've probably been eating way too much chocolate, but after two, maybe three nights of using the cream alone, (after using a cleansing balm from another company), there was a huge difference in that below-chin dip! In most places those bumps are just gone! There's still a little leftover redness, but even that seems to be getting better.I have sensitive skin, so I've been reticent to try new things, but was desperate enough to give this set a go, and was prepared to stick it out for awhile, (not expecting much, if anything). I did a bit of research on the company and some of their individual products, and it looked like there were some mixed opinions, but leaning toward the positive for sure.Welllll, after the resounding success with the cream, after three nights, I finally made the leap and lathered my face up with the bar (the only item of the three that contains emu oil). AS SOON AS I rinsed off, I could see that many of those pores I've been worrying over were cleaner! Cleaner and smaller! This bar really does deep clean, and those results are holding true and may even be getting better after a couple of days!!I am hopeful about my aging skin again!!! This is a huge win for me!Please forgive the massive amounts of exclamation marks and overly excited expressions, but, honestly, my adrenaline is very happy, and my face is too! :). I truly hope it helps the rest of you, too!1. I will come back to adjust this review if anything changes.2. I have to admit, when I first opened the box I was a bit overpowered by the scent, (kind of toothpasty), but that has faded a lot. After unwrapping the soap and setting it on the counter overnight, I don't notice the scent in my tiny bathroom. Note that I am VERY sensitive to scents and get migraines from them, and that hasn't happened. I still don't especially care for the scent, but it doesn't stay on my skin, and is totally worth it for these results.3. It does seem a bit drying, I think, but with a good lotion, I don't anticipate that being a problem.Wishing you the best!

Leery of these products
I’m a little leery of this set, after reading the labels and doing some reading on their other products. If homeopathic stuff is your cup of tea, go ahead, but I think this stuff is wayyyyy overpriced compared to similar products that work just as well. The soap I found to be too drying. I don’t usually use a harsh soap so maybe it’s just less drying than regular soap, but it is less gentle than others. The acne treatment is what first got me doing some deep dives on these products. The bottle says not to shake the solution, but the bottom half+ of the bottle is pink stuff, the top is clear, and all the photos show people with pink dots on their skin. So which is it?! Do I shake or not shake? At the end of the day I prefer pimple patches anyway. They work as well, if not better, and don’t come off on your pillow. Then the first aid ointment. It allegedly has homeopathic silver as the active ingredient, but a quick internet search tells me that at the concentrations they claim, any silver that may or may not even be in here isn’t having an effect. Which doesn’t even get into whether it would help if it were in here. At the end of the day, pick up some tea tree oil and it’ll probably be just as good. These might work fine for you. But also they might work just as well as a $7 box of pimple patches and a gentle face wash. I’ll stick with what I’ve been using.

Homeopathic option
Sorry about the long review, there’s just so much controversy over the ingredients. I’m a RN and while this set might not be my first recommendation to treat and control acne, it’s actually not all together ineffective based on my use. I have a sister in law that won’t use traditional pharmaceutical drugs and a lot of patients want alternative options. So I thought I’d give these 3 products a try.The pink overnight acne treatment is great with 2% salicylic acid which is the norm for OTC acne medicine. I just disagree with the overnight part. It didn’t do anything for my deep boil-like pimples. I had to wait for the pimples to surface and I don’t think the emuaid brought it up any faster. I do feel that once surfaced, the pustules weren’t as big or inflamed. It’s very drying. You need to moisturize on top of treatment. The ointment is non steroidal and the active ingredient is colloidal silver an ingredient which use dates back to the eighth century however today the FDA’s take is that the commercialization of colloidal silver has been accompanied by inconsistencies in colloidal silver production. Therefore, the FDA has excluded any commercialized colloidal silver that claims health benefits without scientific evidence. Don’t know if emuaid has independent third party scientific evidence (not paid by them) and if they do I don’t believe its FDA approved. Still we use all kinds of silver in our dressings and wound care in the hospital so I didn’t mind using the ointment. It is a great moisturizer but not a miracle cure. Didn’t heal my pimples overnight. Didn’t erase my eczema. But no bad reactions either. I’m glad it doesn’t contain lanolin which happens to have just been named allergen of the year 2023 by American Contact Dermatitis Society. I digress. The soap smells minty and I enjoy using it, contains salicylic acid which is a BHA and exfoliant, so again good for acne. But it’s also a pretty moisturizing bar.So my take on these products are they are okay and kind of effective but are extremely over priced, way cheaper options out there. The claims they work overnight are a stretch but at least they offer a guarantee. However according to their webpage, the 30 day guarantee only covers your first purchase from their website.
