Great Product but
Just received this. The instructions were on an A4 sheet, tiny writing and 6 languages. They should have a web site with the instructions. At least I know some acupuncture points so knew what to do. This may well be a fantastic product. But clearly explain how it works.

Highly recommended!
I ordered this product in hopes that it might provide some relief from the Duputyren's contracture I have in both hands, but which results in either discomfort or pain in my right hand chronically. When I first received the ball I was initially a bit put off my the weird and slightly uncomfortable feel. Now it feels weird and oddly satisfying. After using it awhile it is now something that I constantly reach for. It truly does seem to help my hand pain. In fact, last week I went to the Lyapko website and ordered another ball and a Universal massage roller. I was shocked to see that they were just sent from Kiev, Ukraine! It's hard to believe the company is able to do normal business. Another good reason to buy products from this company. Support Ukraine!!!

Heureusement pour moi, je l'ai emportée en vacances car j'ai eu très mal au dos et après quelques minutes à la manipuler, je confirme que c'est bien de l'accupuncture il ne faut pas être douillet mais on s'habitue très vite, j'ai pu reprendre mes activités. Je l'utilisais plusieurs fois par jour pendant quelques jours pour être certaine que les douleurs ne réapparaissent. Ravie de mon achat.
