Nice and accurate
Nice and accurate. I checked with some standard hi-meg resistors (.5%) and was well within specs. Oddly enough the phase rotation max input is 450 vac so it should not be used on a 480 3 phase line. I use the insulation resistance function mostly on 480 volt and higher items. The voltmeter function is rated for 600 volt ac. I was glad I could find a meter that tested @ 5kv but I haven't tested to be sure it put out the full 5kv. In order to test that you will need a meter that has an input impedance of near infinity. Well I tested to see if it put out the full 5kv and it did.
