Bought for peripheral neuropathy
I've given this product 5 stars because there are research studies which indicate that alpha lipoic acid can have benefits for painful peripheral neuropathy. It is too early to tell yet whether they result in any improvement. 300mg is a relatively low dose but perhaps a good starting point. I can, however, say that reducing sugar intake seems to reduce the pain quickly.

It is all right, standard quality make and we should not say more or less about it. I never found one pill which would stuck in my throat,so there it is,saying more. 😅It serves my heavy metal detoxing and I am glad I have found a potency of 300 mg. Thanks!

I am using Best Naturals ALA to stop neuropathy symptoms
I have "chemo caused neuropathy symptoms" in my toes. A doctor suggested alpha lipoic acid. At first I tried the 600mg. but my body did not like it. (Felt icky after taking) So I read the different reviews and this brand seemed to have people getting results. I started with 300 mg. at bed time. It worked, I had a good nites sleep. Then I started adding one capsule at breakfast. Just to make sure after a few days I skipped it at breakfast and before bed and went to bed. About an hour later the nerves in my toes became "active" feels like shocks going threw them. Immediately I got up and took the ALA and it took about 30 minutes for the nerves to calm down. Needless to say I don't skip taking it.

These are 150 mg capsules, but the price makes them competitive with 300 mg capsules, and the quality is reliable.
