If exposed to very hot temperatures, as a natural organic product, it's possible the chocolate can melt and the sesame oil can separate a bit, but this is mostly aesthetic. If you're bringing on a long flight, it shouldn't be a problem at all as the cabin is generally room temperature or cooler and checked luggage is generally colder.
