This product is amazing not only does it smell good but it lathers very well. The shampoo is amazing. Your hair just feels very nice and light and fluffy and this is by far the best shampoo for the price that I’ve ever bought. There is no residue left. I highly recommend the shampoo and the conditioner.

I've found too many products, regardless of their claims, to be too harsh on my fine hair. As I get older, it also has been thinning, so it's been a challenge. HOWEVER, I had seen an advert for a Mane 'n Tale sampler set. I thought, if nothing else, they were perfect travel size. Well, THIS particular pair I opted to take on a cruise. I was VERY surprised at how it made my hair feel! Not only did it create luxurious lather, but after rinsing, my hair actually felt more dense. I don't exactly know how to explain it. It seemed to add body to my hair. And, for sake of transparency, I use both shampoo & conditioner together to create more of a *cleanditioner* as I've found, with my fine hair, in-shower conditioners used after shampooing significantly weigh my hair down. Ironically, using a leave-in detangler/conditioner doesn't do that, which Mane 'n Tail also has as a spray. Anyway, I was so pleased with the results on my cruise, and with how much stronger my hair felt in 2 weeks (this was the only change in my haircare routine) that I felt it warranted to purchase in a larger quantity. Back to the basics! I grew up using Mane n Tail and decided to go back to it after spending tons on luxury hair care and it did not disappoint! This is a great product and I love that it’s still a family owned business. I will for sure keep ordering this brand, it doesn’t have a ton of chemicals either which I am trying to be more cautious of.

My hair looked very luscious after using this. I have thick brunette hair with low porosity. The smell was very mild and nice.

My daughter thick hip length hair is so shiny. She loves it. Beware. Gotta really rinse out the conditioner. Smells good

I switched to the Repair n’ Strengthen shampoo and conditioner from drugstore very recently. I have used this product only 3-4 times (I do not wash but maybe once a week) and I can already tell a significant difference in my texture and shedding. I was losing hair by the gobs. So much so, I was unsure how I had much left to be honest. I was baffled about why this was happening to me. Well, apparently the drug store brands I was using were causing it to fall out! Now I see nearly no fall out and it’s so soft & shiny. So far, I really love this product and I’m thankful that I found it. I would recommend this if you’re struggling with fallout like I was. I cannot get this in stores near me and was leery about ordering online because I was afraid it would not survive shipping but it was packaged very securely and there were no issues with that at all! Also, it smells nice and the amount of product vs price seems very fair to me. I’m loving it.
