So yummy! Any of these flavors, so far, have been delicious, pretty filling for a snack and in the moment, and helpful to my breastmilk supply on the oat part.I absolutely enjoy these on the go, and while I am pumping. They are easy to eat, and they have two so it’s a double nice little treat. Not sticky, tastes fresh, and doesn’t taste sugary at all to me. They are sweet, but not sugary.They say they are energy bars, but I don’t notice it too much, but that could just be that I am usually tired anyways. But, I am sure that it does give me energy just from eating and nourishing my body.

Good lord these things are good. They're not cloyingly sweet like Little Debbie snack cakes or whatever other ultra sugary snack you wanna toss in. I'm sure these aren't the most healthy things on the planet, but you can just taste that they're made with nicer ingredients than most ultra-processed snacks. As I've gotten older, I've lost a lot of my sweet tooth. I like much more mellower tasting things, and these are perfect. There's just the right amount of sweetness and blueberry and bits of almonds and cranberries, they are wholesome and fibrous in a good way. I've bought more at the local store since ordering these 2 boxes here, just to have them faster, even if they were a little more expensive in-store. I've also had some kind of apple cinnamon flavor that was pretty good as well.

The low sugar content and great taste make this my go to morning grad. Variety of flavors. More healthy than the muffin I used to eat! Great price. 2 bars a filling just the right size. Kind has guality products.
