Easy to differentiate from each different weight, sturdy and a great addition to any home gym. This is a fantastic product which offers great value for money. They come in increments which can be used on their own, or combined to increase the resistance. I use these in conjunction with an Olympic bar (using the straps provided) to increase the resistance at the top of my lift on flat bench which definitely burns the chest muscles out more than a regular bench press. It comes with two handles which can be attached for a variety of different exercises providing versatility. The length of the bands is a good average to have, however I would personally like some slightly shorter. They have been a welcome addition to my home gym and provided me with some great functionality.

I like the products. I have tried them but have not used intensely. They provide a ease of use on a strong door, very versatile. I like thr length. Very colourful, ideal ro visualise which weight you are using. very portable which I will use when travelling spending time with in-laws. After trying it does come across, as effective. I will review again after intensive use. But comparing to others, I like the package and portable bag and quality.

Great quality. Handles are very comfortable. Bands are strong and comes in differe t tensions. Can be easily changed between exercises. Love the bag they come in, makes it easy when traveling.

Great product

Only had these a couple days but so far they are great!! Easy to set up anywhere and easy to add or remove resistance. Will be great for holidays or trips, super lightweight and portable. The handles feel good and the door notch thing is awesome for versatility, I put it in a closed window and and a door to play with the different angles and both worked really well. £15 quid well spent if you ask me 👍

These resistance bands are disturbingly good. I bought them expecting the usual cheap rubber that snaps, recoils, and tries to take an eye with it. Instead, these ones cling to the door like they’re trying to escape whatever fate awaits them in my home gym. They’re strong, stable, and somehow more committed to my fitness than I am. The ankle straps feel like they were designed by someone who wanted to restrain a demon, not help me do leg raises. And the door anchor? Solid. If the door ever gives out, it won’t be the band’s fault — it’ll be the house finally giving up. Perfect for yoga, calisthenics, or quietly battling your inner darkness while pretending you’re “working out.” If you want resistance bands that won’t snap, scream, or abandon you mid‑exercise, these are the ones.

Commande reçue rapidement avec Amazon Prime, livraison en 24h comme prévu et colis arrivé en bon état. Rien à signaler de ce côté-là. Concernant le produit, les élastiques sont de bonne qualité et les différentes résistances permettent vraiment d’adapter l’entraînement selon le niveau. Les couleurs aident à s’y retrouver facilement et le kit est assez complet pour faire pas mal d’exercices (renforcement, mobilité, TRX, etc.). Je les utilise surtout pour compléter mes séances à la maison et ça fait très bien le travail. Les poignées sont confortables et les élastiques semblent solides. À voir sur le long terme mais pour l’instant je suis très satisfait. Globalement un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un home gym simple et efficace.
