Es Cinnamon cassia cuidado, no es Ceilan
Leí que el Cinnamon Cassia tiene cantidades muy altas de una sustancia que es tóxica para el hígado y otros órganos, es la canela dura que es más barata. Leí que hay que usar la Ceylan cuya corteza es delgada. Tendré que tirar el suplemento ya que no lo compre por amazon.
