Hi no you should be fine with your normal size on these.

They are US size 10 which is UK size 9 men

Q: Where is the lid to the box?

Nike shoes are supposed to come with a full box with the lid attached. The seller who you received the shoes from is supposed to sell you fully boxed shoes. If they don't then I would contact them and ask them why.
