It does not work simultaneously at peak PD QC level but if used independently for QC or PD it charges at maximum level possible.

One of the ports is not working well.
The USB port works fine but the Type C is not working most of the time. I tried with different cables without any difference

This is a Super Fast Charger as per Samsung phone when connected over USB - C port. Recommended.
