What are the timer settings? My wall hanging didn't come with any paperwork or instructions. I have figured out the light sequences, but not timer.

The timer function is when you press the 'timer' button, it will stay light on for 6 hours, then turn off, and automatically turn on again for 6 hours at the same time tomorrow. But I need to remind you that the 6-hour timer function consumes battery power faster, and if the battery runs out, it will not light up automatically.

What size button battery???

I’m sorry, I don’t know. It was a gift for my granddaughter. I do know she loves it

What are the recommended picture sizes for this display? What would be too large?

This hanging photo display can display 4×4 or 4×6 size photos.

Our lights aren't turning on. Anything I can do to get them to work?

this was bought as a gift and as far as I know they've never had a problem with it. If you still have the papers to this wall hanging give them a call or an email and see what they say.

TERRIBLE

The lights sent with this are almost useless. definitely not long enough to cover the whole display as shown in the also terrible instructions. i shouldn't have to go purchase another type of light strong for this in order for it to look as advertised. I ended up have to go every other strand to even make it work but if I had more time I would have just returned it and found something better
