Lead the way!
I'm a dog walker and walk a number of varied dogs a day. I bought two of these leads last year and have to say that they have easily been the best leads I have used for the job, and believe me, I have been through a lot of leads. Suitable for little dogs and big pully dogs, these are absolutely fantastic. They are adjustable to different lengths and what's more, you can put two dogs on the same lead for small distances. They are strong, reliable and do the job brilliantly, and are well worth the price. I have just ordered two more and will be sticking with these to get the job done.

Money well spent!
A good lead. As advertised can be shortened as necessary to suit the purpose you require. Excellent a s an excersise lead as my dog has epilepsy and cannot run free. Long enough to train with without getting tangled up soft enough to roll up into a pocket. Can be used with a strong dog as thick enough not to burn hands

Could be better
This could do with an extra d- ring halfway along the lead. It's not overly user friendly if you want to attach it to a collar and harness at the same time.

Good lead
Had just got a rescue dog who is very very nervous when outside. I wanted a good long but convertable lead that I could use for training. When I used to live in Germany these were really easy to find but not in the UK. My favourite lead was made from climbing rope type stuff and really easy to hold but this one is a little harder and not as comfortable when she pulls to get home. Have you ever known a dog that crawls away when you say walkies! Extremely sturdy and useful lead.My package was lost by the way and the customer service people were very good at sending out a replacement.

Handy for freeing up your hands
How did I manage before I had one of these? This order was infact my second purchase of the item. The first I bought in a market and neither the stand-holder nor I had any idea how a "training Lead" should be used but it looked handy so I bought it anyway. I can't advise on the training aspect but can say I love using this for several reasons -e.g. it free's up your hands for taking photos etc and it ensures you don't accidentally drop the lead if your dog suddenly takes chase or flight. It has two clips and several handy loops so I have used this in many different permutations on different occasions...and am still learning, (I am not so sure about the dogs). Incidentally, for the 2 dogs I use this in combination with a two-way lead as one of my dogs is small and, around me at least, this alone would have him on his tip-toes.Happy to recommend this product , even though I haven't a clue what the "training" benefits are.

Pleased with my choice
I selected third as it was the longest of one's I was looking at. I am pleased with the flexibility of the 3 rings. The middle one is bigger so if lead is on shortest the clip can go through this and stop it all flopping round. The material is nicely soft. It all feels good quality.

Canic Training Lead
There were no instructions sent with the lead. It seemed to be a waste of money. I would have returned it but the postage did not make it worthwhile. Just a short lead with a view rings attached. Very disappointed.

Ideal
Ideal for our 8month old rescue who does not yet know what "come back here you little ^%$£" means. Very hand piece of kit. He's a strong dog and this handles him no problem. It's good enough quality that it doesn't burn your hand if you let it run through a little.
