Used the Bear Grip gray belt and it's my 1st ever weight lifting belt and I'm in my mid 30s and been bodybuilding for years!My lower back is my weakest and it's amplified when doing deadlifts and squats so I needed this.It didn't disappoint.Really strong and comfortable with support.Can go heavier in weight with confidence with this belt.Looks great too and has been made with quality.I've got bear grips straps also that came free with it but I've got more heavy duty leather wraps for the gym. So my hands don't wreak after a few sets on really heavy weights especially on back exercises. Another brilliant product from bear grips. I'm happy with it.I wore the belt the whole time in the gym apart from when I pushed myself to failure and needed to expand my lungs when I was abit out of breath thats normal.Just bought some knee sleeves for knee support from bear grips too. I have faith they will be great also.

Good service and quality

I am really happy with my BearGrip belt. I have been having lower back issues for a few years now and weights tend to make my back extremely tight. I don’t have any issues since using the belt, it holds my back in a good position, feels steady and it wraps around pretty nicely. Great value for the money also, highly recommend!

I've had this belt for almost a couple of months and it has been sturdy and comfortable. The buckle is strong however the screws have started to rust. It is kept in my gym bag and used almost every day but im having to try and locate a new set of screws. The buckle is good quality but the fixings are not. Otherwise a great belt which is very stable. Would definitely recommend.

It's really comfortable and the owner is so happy to help. I just got small one thinking it would be okay it was fine too actually but I didn't want to risk it if I ever put on some weight. So just send it to get medium. It is decent and I got the refund in couple of hours after sending it. I just want you guys to know if your size 32 then get medium for sure always try to aim the middle of the sizes

Belt arrived with a lot of rust on the screws. Rust had smeared and stained on the leather too. Overall the belt feels sturdy but if it rusts this easily its a minor consideration for the longevity of the locking mechanism. Very disappointing.
