Electrical Meat Grinder works very well. I am very happy with the outcome of my brisket patties. It comes fully assembled except for the grinder attachment which is east to attach. This meat grinder is very durable and it is really easy to clean. The parts are dishwasher safe. The appearance of the meat after it was ground was high quality. The grind consistency was great and the speed it works is amazingly fast. The unit itself has suction cups on the bottom which makes it attach to the counter for really good stability while grinding. I would recommend this product.

I've used this machine a few times so far with no issues. I just ground up 20 pounds of corned beef with the medium plate for burgers, meatloaf and pastrami sausage. Larger batches -- 10 pounds or more -- will require a rest period of a few minutes during the grind to let the machine rest, as the motor will get hot if run for too long a period of time. It seems quite sturdy and durable for such a small machine, but the grind consistency is quite good. I've experienced no clogging or rough operation; it is necessary, however, to keep the grinder parts and the meat cold in order to keep the feed smooth and prevent fats from emulsifying in the grind head. Other than the rest periods, I've experienced no issues with the machine. It will grind product as quickly as you can feed it. I would recommend sending a slice of bread through it at the end of the grind to clear out what meat is left in the feed chute, auger, auger tunnel, knife and grind plate, because there will be some left in there, as with all meat grinders. The grinder parts MUST be hand-washed to keep the plating on them from flaking. This is explained clearly in the owners' manual. It is definitely NOT a commercial-capacity grinder, but I've found that for home kitchen and barbecuing purposes it is quite capable. I have not used the sausage stuffer feature with this machine as I have an 11-pound sausage stuffer I use for that purpose, so I have no experience of its utility there. I would make the observation that the machine comes with no nose plate for that and would assume this would slow down that process. I've found this product to be of good value for its price point and can recommend it for uses like mine.

Smooth sailing and EASY clean up. The suction cup feet do an amazing job at saying on the counter. Not noisy, easy to assemble and use definitely recommend!!! One pound bacon wrapped tenderloin cut up in chunks took less than 40 minutes from start to finish! And that included clean up!!

Fantastic meat grinder. We ground up some pork and some fat to make some walnut fig pork sausages. The grinder did what it was supposed to do. There were many options to grind the meat to your preferred size. What I loved about the machine is that it also allowed me produce sausages. I didn’t have the machine could do both and it was really helpful. It had good integrity and it was pretty easy to use, break down and Wash. We had enough power to support our small at home job, but if you were looking to make a large quantity of sausages, you would have to stop and let the motor cool down because the 20 sausages we made we felt the motor getting hot relatively quickly. So as long as you’re conscious of that, I think this could be a machine that last a little bit longer than expected. The only reason I’m giving a four stars is because of the low power of the motor and the heat that it generated, knowing that it could shortness life if used excessively.

I am very happy with this meat grinder. It is very easy to use, works great, and has been extremely useful for preparing homemade meat and sausages. The machine feels sturdy and well made, and all the accessories are very practical.

I’ve had this grinder for about six months and would definitely buy it again. It’s not a commercial-grade grinder, but it performs very well for the price. I mainly use it for making sausage. Today I ground 55 pounds of pork shoulder and it handled it without any problems. The included grinding plates work well and give you good options for different grind sizes. The grinder itself is the highlight and has been very reliable. The sausage stuffer attachment does work, but it can be a little difficult to use. If you’re making small batches, it’s perfectly usable—it just takes more time and patience. I used the attachment to stuff about 20 pounds of sausage. It got the job done, but it wasn’t the easiest process. Because of that, I eventually upgraded to a larger dedicated sausage stuffer, while continuing to use this grinder for grinding meat. Overall, great value for the money and a solid grinder for home sausage making.

Based on pretty solid reviews, I decided to give this very inexpensive meat grinder a shot. While it worked, there are a number of things I would like to have known before buying: 1) The description claims 3200W Max. This is a complete lie. The sticker right on the bottom says 300W. 2) It is very light weight, and doesn't give an impression of solid robust build quality. 3) The accessories are made of thin aluminum and NOT dishwasher safe. 4) Instructions say to run it for 5 minutes max at a time, without indicating how long a break is needed. We ground 10 lbs of pork which took exactly 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10. At the end of the second 10 lbs of pork, the body was extremely hot. Clearly on the verge of overheating.
