I'm looking for a small bag to carry a 4" "lipstick" charger and cord. Think this might work?

These should work althoigh lipsick may need to be at an angle. I have even gotten 3 of their smaller bags in this one. These are also nicely padded on the onside.

Are these machine washable?

No, these are not machine washable! It would probably ruin them. Spot clean only.

What are the measurements?

The approx size of these kilofly Pouches are 11 x 11 cm / 4.3 x 4.3 in (L x W)

will it fit tarot cards (standard size)?

I don’t think so, maybe very tight
