The USB ports section died within 6 hours of initial use. Had no problem with regular top sockets.Return has been fairly painless although at the price point of this, I'm really surprised they want it back. Print return label, attach label to box and drop off in UPS box or at a UPS pack-n-wrap.

The USB port stop working intermittently, try to read thru the instructions on what may happen that cause the malfunction but was not able too. Not sure if this is something to do with power surge.

I had hoped that it would perform as advertised and it did, in the beginning. I dropped it on a rug and it just stopped working. I don't think it should have been damaged to the point where it stopped working completely. It fell on a rug, for goodness sake! Maybe I just received a bad unit.

Like the other reviews, my unit worked for 3 days. Then the USB ports went dead. The idea is wonderful, but it isn't dependable. I'll be looking for a similar product, but a different make.

Actually can sit on my desktop to control plugs and USB ports, A useful addition.

No issues at all. I have my laptop, iPhone, and watch plugged into it and it works perfectly.
