Best Customer Support . A sound quality unheard of Looks amazing. Built Quality Not so great but better that all plastic ones. Comfy. Good Connectivity. Currently Own Space One , q35 and q30. Q30 is better of all. Excellent sound quality I would compare them with my Sennheiser Momentum’s a degraded version would sound like. [I've edited this review after some time spent with the headphones] At first, being used to very neutral/transparent headphones, I got very shocked by the loudness of the low end on these. I'm still using an external software to adjust the equalization as the low end is too pronounced for my taste and seems overly present even for electronic music - I wish this feature was reduced in the future, or that an option to natively control it was given to the user. However, after two weeks of using, I noted several points that are very positive, which leads me to give a five-star review : - The headphones are really confortable and can be worn all day without fatigue. - The overall quality of sound (minus the bass being too present) is excellent for an item at this price (currently 7k). - The noise cancellation feature is quite weak in the treble, but works well with the mids and lows, and gives a lot of confort even without playing music when in noisy environments. - The battery life, and especially the fast charge, are great. It really behaves as advertised. For someone like me who struggles with charging his devices other than last minute, I'm over the moon with the ability to plug it for a few minutes and get a decent lifespan, enough to do a normal commute or fall asleep to music for example. That's really a gamechanger from other BT headphones I had before - The customer service is excellent and very reactive. I must say that for a product priced so competitively, I didn't not expect this quality of service. So all in all, after a second thought, I'm really recommending this product to anyone looking for a good price/quality headphones.

Replaced my Bose QC25 with these. Super value at the price I got them for, the hinges do creak a bit when adjusting and rarely during normal movement but they fit comfortably right out of the box with super soft pads . ANC has been a saviour during flights and at busy airports. But it's not as strong as I'd prefer sometimes. The sound quality is the USP, and came as a total surprise. Punchy, with good eq options and seal. The pads wore out after a year of use only during travel. Battery life is simply astounding, still had nice left after a 19 hour flight with ANC on. The understated look almost mimics the Bose QC series it tries to emulate anI like it. Would have preferred the button layout to be more obvious - they might be too subtle for their own good but are still easy to distinguish while wearing the headphones. more tap/touch controls would definitely help. But the tap to switch ANC modes is a useful feature for sure. Recommended.

The headphones work well, sound quality is good, anc is also good but you won't be able to use it for long. The fit and connectivity is also good. The plastic part in the inside broke and there is no way to replace it. Company is offering 10% discount on new purchase. As days go by the Crack and chipping is increasing. Build quality is poor. I would say plastic design is bad.

I buy soundcore Anker Life Q30 Hybrid headphone on 6th November 2024 from Amazon and my headphone broke because of poor quality of your product and this is my first headphone from soundcore and I very disappointed and I add the picture of headphone and the bill…and can you service my headphone or refund it….LIKE THAT I MAIL THEM AND THEY REPLACE THE HEADPHONE AND RESPOND VERY POLITELY IN MAIL AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE COSTUMER SEVICE OF SOUND CORE…

Build Quality is just awful. Writing the review after a year and the headphone has broken multiple times already and I have fixed it with Fevikwik. Given the price, I don't think it's worth buying this headphone since it's gonna break soon. The only reason for buying it is the sound quality. Other than that, it's very delicate. Not very happy but of course, not completely disappointed either. It's an ok purchase but not value for money.

At this price point you won't find anything better than this . Very comfortable ear cups and the sound quality is just amazing. You can even customize the sound from the soundcore app. You can close your eyes and go for it . Amazing battery life and what makes this headphones stand out is the amount of customizations that you can do . Tytułem wstępu - w swojej recenzji odniosę się do słuchawek sony wh 1000xm5 oraz airpods pro (dla kontekstu sony kosztował 1600, air podsy 1000, a te 269 zł). Te słuchawki zamówiłem przez amazona i dotarły do mnie kurierem w mniej niż 48h - były to moje pierwsze zakupy ogólnie jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony realizacją zamówienia. Co do samych słuchawek. Opakowanie, kable do ładowania, etui poziom apple - za tę cenę nie spodziewałem się takiego standardu, poziom premium. Słuchawki leżą na głowie lepiej niż sony, są w zasadzie nieodczuwalne na głowie / uszach. Dźwięk w porównaniu do sony czy airpodsów jest dla mnie taki sam - nie jestem audiofilem, słuchawek używam do grania i rozmów, więc może coś mi umknęło. Wygłuszanie pasywne troszeczkę gorsze od tego, co proponuje sony - tam się czuło trochę jak w klatce, co ma w sumie dobre strony przy głośnym domu. Noise cancelling, czyli w sumie to co mi najbardziej zależało uważam troszeczkę za gorszy od sony, ale te troszeczkę gdyby przełożyć na procenty to może max 10% różnicy (miałem możliwość testowania w tym samym czasie wszystkich 3 produktów w tych samych warunkach). Łączność przez bluetootha jest trochę dziwna, bo w moim przypadku wymagała wyłączenia i włączenia słuchawek ponownie - może robie coś źle. Przyznać jednak muszę, że przełączanie pomiędzy sprzętami np iphone, a mac air lub tv lg, a iphone jest znacznie lepsza niz sony, nie tak perfekcyjna jak w apple, ale znacznie lepsze. Dźwięk podczas rozmów jest bardzo nienatualny. O ile nie miałem żadnego problemu z głosem przychodzacym to wychodzący słyszane przez słuchawki był nie naturalny. Probowałem podczas kilku rozmów przełączać noise canceling pomiędzy ich 3 tryby, ale dalej był on trochę zniekształcony w porównaniu do sony czy apple. Może tak już jest, a może to po prostu moje odczucia Słuchawki kupiłem głównie do grania na konsoli, sporadycznie też do okazjonalnych rozmów. W swojej recenzji absolutnie nie biorę pod uwagę muzykę, choć w mojej opinii nie zauważyłem różnic ze słuchawkami znacznie droższymi. Biorąc pod uwagę wszystkie plusy i minusy oraz ofertę znacznie droższej konkurencji uważam, że był to bardzo dobry zakup. To nie jest tak, że wystawiam b dobrą opinie ponieważ były tanie (w porównaniu do w/w słuchawek konkurencji) - te słuchawki są po prostu bardzo dobre. Had these for 6 months now. They have singlehandedly made me a fan of Anker SoundCore. Battery life: 10/10 used them on a 10 hour flight nonstop and still had battery left at the end! Noise cancellation: 7/10 (compared to the premium brands a bit more background noise comes through in louder environments. Not a lot just enough to notice it is more than the other brands. In quieter/ normal environments… no difference in noise cancellation between these and the premium brands (Sony/ Bose/ Apple) headphones. Connectivity: 10/10 never had an issue connecting with my iphone. Never. Line of sight range easily goes past 10m. Worked perfectly fine between adjoining rooms App: 8/10. simple to use, clean design, nice graphics. Has different noise cancellation modes (Indoor, transport etc.) but honestly all sound the same. Sound quality: 9/10. Solid bass and mid range straight out of the box. App has an equalizer so can be tuned as well for audiophiles but. Preset defaults are already perfect! Microphone 7/10. Fine for calls and zoom but not really recording quality and picks up background noise. Not an issue and can’t complain as these are designed and advertised for listening and not for recording. Comfort: 8/10. After 2/3 hours need to take a break and let the ears breathe but that’s already better than most other headphones out there. Could use a touch more padding (in my opinion) Build quality: 10/10. Quality is evident in the Look, feel and performance. Robust. Been carrying them around in my backpack with a bunch of keys etc and they still look new. Properly high quality materials. Accessories 7/10. Comes with usb c charging cable (a bit short) and hard case. The case is not moulded so basically just a Hard pouch. Moulded case would have been nicer especially as the headsets can fold. Value of money: 20/10. Seriously incredible value for money. There look and perform better than headsets more than 2x the price!! Can’t opine on customer service as have not had to use it (thankfully) and judging by the excellent build quality, I doubt I’m going to be using the warranty or customer service anytime soon!

بالنسبة لي هذي اول تجربه مع هذا نوع من السماعات , كنت استخدم ابل ايربودز الى ان خربت واضطريت اجرب نوع جديد. السماعة من ناحية : شحن ؟ عظيمة جدا ما شاء الله , تشحن بسرعة وتقعد لمدة طويلة جدا لدرجة تتابع فيها لأيام ورا بعض بدون ما تشحنها . جودة صوت؟ رائعة بمعنى الكلمة وتدخلك جو وانت تسمع , على سبيل المثال تتوافق مع المشاهد اذا كان الصوت جاي من يمين فتسمعه من يمين بس والعكس صحيح وهذي فرقت معي بالمشاهدة. العزل؟ فيه ثلاث مستويات : شفاف , عادي , عزل الضوضاء. الشفاف : يخليك تقدر تسمع الناس اللي حولك بوضوح وانت تشاهد بنفس الوقت العادي : هو العزل الأساسي للسماعة , وهو يخفف أصوات محيطك من كلام او حركة , إلا في حالة الأصوات القوية مثل الصراخ أو صوت المكيف اذا كان قوي. عزل الضوضاء: أقوى عزل توفره السماعة, تعزل عنك الأصوات المحيطة الى حد أنك تقريبا تنسى نفسك وتندمج بالشي اللي تشاهده او تسمعه . العزل إجمالا : ممتاز السعر : شريتها ب288ِ , افضلك تنتظر وقت عروض لانها تتوفر بعض الاحيان باسعار اقل بكثير بعض الامور السلبية : اول شي مع الاستخدام لأكثر من ساعة تبدا تحس فيه ضغط على أذنك شوي وهذا اعتقد شي مشترك بهذا النوع من السماعات ولا يعيبها بحد ذاتها. ثاني شي مع الاستخدام لأكثر من نص ساعة تقريبا تبدا تحس اذنك معرقة ومكتومة. اجمالا السماعة ممتازه لها معي شهرين الان وامورها تمام, أنصح فيها وبقوة

Tengo unos Bose QC35 que en su día costaron unas tres veces más que estos, y honestamente, los Soundcore Q30 están a la par en muchos aspectos. Los Bose los uso en casa, y estos los tengo en la oficina. No soy un audiófilo, pero en cuanto a calidad de sonido, no noto una gran diferencia entre ambos. PROS: - SONIDO DE ALTA CALIDAD. La música suena nítida y con buenos graves. Para alguien que no es experto en audio, es difícil notar la diferencia con modelos mucho más caros. - CANCELACIÓN DE RUIDO EFECTIVA. Amortiguan muy bien el sonido exterior. En la oficina, puedo escuchar música y concentrarme sin problemas, incluso con el ruido de fondo. Además, los cascos pausan la cancelación de ruido automáticamente cuando me los quito o coloco la mano sobre el auricular, lo cual es muy útil cuando alguien me habla. - CARGA Y BATERÍA IMPRESIONANTES. Con 8-9 horas de uso diario en la oficina, la batería dura sin problemas. Los cargo por la noche, y están listos para todo el día siguiente. - CONEXIÓN USB-C. A diferencia de mis Bose que usan un puerto antiguo, estos tienen USB-C, lo cual es más conveniente para mí. - GRAN PRECIO. Por unos 50 €, la calidad que ofrecen es increíble. Tanto es así, que ya los he recomendado a un compañero de trabajo. CONTRAS: - A LARGO PLAZO, VEREMOS SU DURABILIDAD. Llevo un par de meses con ellos y, de momento, cero problemas. Sin embargo, al ser más económicos, habrá que ver cuánto duran en comparación con los Bose. Aunque a los Bose ya llevo tres pares de almodillas cambiadas, y porque las compro por aliexpress, porque las almoadillas de oreja oficiales valen la mitad de lo que cuesta estos Soundcore. EN RESUMEN: Los Soundcore Q30 ofrecen una excelente combinación de calidad de sonido, cancelación de ruido y comodidad a un precio increíble. Son perfectos para la oficina y situaciones cotidianas. Teniendo en cuenta la obsolescencia programada y los cambios constantes en la tecnología, prefiero renovar estos cada cierto tiempo que gastar mucho más en marcas de gama alta. Definitivamente, un gran equilibrio entre calidad y precio.
