Don't let the negative reviews put you off! I'm glad I didn't read them till after I'd ordered or I would have missed out on a fantastic bargain - this fridge/freezer is amazing for the money! I reckon they spent about £30 just on packaging as it was the most carefully packed kitchen appliance I've ever bought (the delivery was great too - very helpful guys brought it to my upstairs flat). So it arrived in perfect condition, which was a huge relief to me after reading those negative reviews - I let it stand for nearly 24 hours to 'settle' then switched it on. I live in a small studio flat so it is next to my bed & I hoped it was quiet! So far so good - after the initial startup hour or so it settled to a very quiet, barely audible hum. The freezer is plenty big enough for me compared to the small under counter fridge with ice box I've somehow managed with for 2 years - I'm sure it would be fine for the average couple or small family (depends what you eat mainly). The fridge compartment is a lovely size with a large salad drawer - I put a thermometer on the middle shelf and set the dial to 5 as my room is currently about 29 degrees C in the hot weather - Even so it only took 3 hours to get to a temperature of 3.5 degrees. I've been monitoring when it comes on/off and so far (it's empty ATM) it's keeping the temperature between 4 and 5.5 degrees - I'm assuming the freezer is at the right temperature but I don't have a thermometer in there ATM. Overall extremely happy with this fridge freezer and so glad I bought it on impulse without reading those reviews LOL

The fridge is great, plenty of room and shelves. The freezer is a bit smaller than I expected but as I was limited for space in the kitchen the fridge freezer as a whole is ideal. And it is great value for money. The photo is to show the size of the freezer, my hand is average size for an old lady.

Took a chance buying a Fridge freezer from Amazon. The whole process went smooth and seamless. I award it 4.5*s not 4 as Amazon star graphic shows. I ordered the Fridge Thursday evening. Saturday morning approximately 10am i had a phone call, delivery driver calling to say he was outside. Went down to let him in. It was a 2 man team who were both polite, friendly and helpful. Live in a first floor flat with 1 flight of stairs. There's lift access, for which the Fridge fitted in nicely. It took less than 60 seconds before the Fridge was standing on my kitchen floor I was shaking the guys hand thanking them and wishing them a great day. Fridge was cleverly packed with movable parts taped down. It's appearance is slick and stylish making it stand out in the kitchen. I choose the colour black as every other fridge i owned was the standard white. Arriving 10 hours ago i followed manual allowing it to stand for 4 hours. There's hardly any noise with it. Cannot comment on temperature efficency as it been running less than 5 hours although everything seems normal. Not the biggest of Fridge Freezers, but ideal size for me being a single lad. Is it value for money. It cost £229. My view was it reasonably priced, £200 would be a fair price. This was delivered to my kitchen less than 48 hours from ordering. I have zero complaints.

This fits in lovely in my small kitchen,its not as big as ya average fridge freezer and thats what I wanted.Smooth black front and dimpled top and sides.3 freezer drawers,salad box in fridge plus 3 glass shelves.Really happy with it.A bonus that my grand daughters name is willow haha.Delivery on time,packaged really well.

I’ve only had this item for 3days and so far so good I bought this item for a caravan fits in really well now about the delivery was a complete wash but the delivery men were left a message asking them to call me when they got to the caravan park but i didn’t receive a call and they left it beside another caravan it was just by luck someone that new me let us know it was there

This was bought as a temporary replacement for our large American fridge freezer that had packed up. Delivery from Arrow (Amazon approved carrier) was problematic. I was allowed to pick a weekend slot at no extra charge but delivery did not take place and I wanted a whole weekend waiting. The fridge freezer was commissioned as per manufacturer’s instruction but the thermostatic control seemed unresponsive, after initial rapid cooling at high setting a lot of frost was forming on the fridge section and any food in close proximity was freezing and the contents of the crisper draw were water logged at all times. Even down to setting of 0.5 on the thermostat resulted in frost build up and frozen food in the fridge compartment. Return and refund were easy and I have ordered a frost free unit of similar size and capacity, currently awaiting delivery by Arrow but have received no update after writing to them on the delivery day or time slot.
