Waste of time and money
Shocking product that is of poor quality and now they will not honour the warranty. Avoid.

Brilliant piece of kit
Love it, I've got 2 other karchers, just love the flexibility of this machine with a fantastic auto reel which goes so far, does the full length of my 90ft driveway, the soap attachment works brilliant, had to return it after a year, just stopped working, tried to reorder with amazon over £350 went direct to Giraffe and paid £249

Power washer motor and pump have completely failed
I purchased the power at the end of august and have only used it a handful of time to wash my car the motor inside is making a grinding noise and smoke bellows out if you continue to use it such a let down as it is not a cheap product to buy do not advise to anyone looking for a reliable machine for like work I hope I get my money back or a replacement 👎

Really great jet washer pull off as much as you need , retracts on auto , good pressureVery good after sales also
