Even it’s an American product, that doesn’t necessarily mean the parts are or that the assembly took place on US soil. It only means it’s our product. Sadly Us labeling is quite misleading in every aspect

It is built by a different software. Animations on the remote can't be changed feom the application.

Q: Do you have a list of states where these are legal to use?

So far I haven’t had any troubles with the law about it

It has a long cord, about 16', with a USB A end. You have to plug it into a USB A socket to power it.
