I accidentally bought Cataclean Diesel for my Petrol car. Will using it in a petrol engine cause any damage?

I personally can’t see it causing a problem / if you put it in a quarter of tank as specified then I would fill tank up in car . It may still clean the catlystic .

Can I use this on an 1999 kawasaki zx9r?

You can use it but bare in mind that a bottle of cataclean is mixed with approximately a quarter tank of fuel. I don’t know how much fuel your bike holds so I would add it at a fuel station and then top up to about 20 litres and then go for a ride of 20-30 mins.

Best to add when tank 3/4 full, then drive vehicle for approx. 15 miles to allow to run through system.
