If your size is 32 or 34, do not buy size m, it's very tight, you should go to size L, and seller of this product should mention proper size chart. Overall product quality is good but size and fitting is the main issue with that product. 3 star for product quality, 2 star minus for wrong size chart

I bought L size by seeing the chart size and once it was delivered it looks like small I recommend if buying go with one extra size

Perfect fit, good quality and comfortable

Good for gym

Excellent quality. Very comfortable & also very soft. Prefect size as I see in amazon chart. I used this supporter in cricket match. Nice color, I tell my friends to buy this support. Value for money.
