Works very well and great quality
So far really happy with this and seems much better than the plastic one I had before.

Good hose gun
The only issue i had was that the brass hose connector is about 6mm to short to push back the valve on a one way flow hose connector. Other than that it is a good robust piece of engineering.

Broke apart after 5 months use.
Purchased June 2023 and used in the summer, in October, drained the water pipe and the tap and isolated for the winter. when started using in March 2024, the back metal seal to contain the pressure operating spring shot off and it's useless now.

Good but seriously flawed!
It sure is sturdy and will hopefully stand up to the UK weather better than any plastic offering. However, the part you insert into the hose connector is too short and doesn't depress the valve so it doesn't work. Luckily I have a large box of O rings of various sizes, and one of these pressed into the hose connector sorts out the problem. Otherwise, it would have been returned.

Good product
All should note that others have said that the standard connector on this device will not open a normal stop end. That said the product is just what I needed and works well. If the manufacture could alter the connector to a standard one it would improve this product no end.
