Fantastic. Love it. Cannot imagine my baking without it anymore. Very sturdy, quite heavy so you need to be mindful while handling. Extremely easy to use. And so quiet, you can barely hear it! It is quite pricey, but totally worth it! And it looks amazing along with my other black colour kitchen appliances. Very stylish, and not bulky, fits perfectly on the kitchen counter

I wish there was an option to give 10 stars.We all know the mixer itself is an amazing piece of machinery- so nothing much to add there. I’d been on the lookout for this particular colour- Dried rose, but after checking with multiple retailers, I was not getting any colour option beyond the usual empire red and black. Let’s be honest, everyone using a KitchenAid has either of those 2 colours. My heart was set on Dried Rose, and lo and behold, one day while browsing Amazon, I not only found Dried Rose available, but also on a great price (around 46k).Ordered it at 7:30 AM on Saturday, 03rd Feb, and the promised delivery date was 9th Feb. Around 10:30 AM, I got a call from the seller - QR4LIFE, who asked if he could come deliver the product at 12 pm that day. I agreed, and he was here promptly at 12:15. Within 15 mins it was setup, and the demo done! Amazing, amazing service, and thank you Deepak for your demo and for answering all my questions.If you’re buying KitchenAid in India- blindly buy it from QR4LIFE! I’m the happiest customer ever!

If you are a regular baker then get this Kitchenaide. A bit pricey but excellent to use and can do everything you need to get done.

The quality of the product is very good.

The media could not be loaded. The product has not worked for more than 6 minutes which leads to overheating. After servicing it twice, the Kitchen Aid customer service has failed to make any sort of meaningful correction and continues to ship the product that does not work back. Absolutely terrible customer service and product usability.

I bought the Artisan Design Series 4.8L Tilt-Head Stand Mixer mid-January, 2019. It came well packed. Since then, I've used the stand mixer to make white bread, whole-wheat bread and cookies. It works efficiently and quietly. It’s big bowl allows sufficient space for rising of dough to make bread. The various speeds allows one to be precise about the kneading required. One drawback is that with very hard dough e.g. with whole wheat dough (about 500gms) it does make more noise than usual and heats up. I'm very happy with my purchase and thank Amazon for their efficient services and delivery.

I have grown up with a Kitchen Aid and they are built to last! My current one is fifteen years old and still going strong! (I used it DAILY for commercial purposes, so it was really put to the test!) the only reason I’m purchasing a new one is because mine is in the states and the voltage is different. This one, however, doesn’t meet the same standards. It came with scratches and is wobbly on the counter. (It should never wobble!) The back piece that covers the motor was loose. Yes, I could fix it, but why?! My old one never had a loose screw and it was moved here and there all the time and had to work really hard with what I had it doing on the daily. It’s a bummer you have to pay so much more for this brand and don’t get the quality Kitchen Aid is known for. Returned. Got two more. Returned them all. Done. I won’t have this in my kitchen even though it’s gorgeous to look at. It’s a big downgrade to what I know they are supposed be.
