I bought this as a deal from Amazon warehouse, it arrived today via Hermes, I picked it up off the doorstep and it rattled. Suspecting it was broken I opened it straight away as I didnt want to get blamed for it. On opening the package it was worse than I thought, the center was completely shattered. Shards were falling out of the polystyrene before even opening it. I took a quick picture and closed it again, contacted Amazon, who won't issue a replacement, and I have to wait a week to get my money back.They didn't even want the picture in the end and said I have to get rid of it myself. I am writing this review because they told me they have processed the refund but I havent received any confirmation of it, it still says I can ask for a refund and I'm worried if I'll get one at all.I am not happy at all, after getting off chat it has taken me an hour and a half to put it back in the box and clear up all the mess. This has clearly been dropped numerous times, there is glass dust coming out of the cracks on the box and glass dust all over my house. How am I meant to get rid of such a big box? It is going to cost me to pay someone to get rid of it. I cant have the box in my car with my child in the car, and now I know glass dust is coming out of it I cant ask anyone I know to put it in their car either.If another Amazon deal comes up on this- do not buy it! I am now stuck with a dangerous broken mirror and a weeks wait to get my money back, assuming it really has been processed, as I've had no official confirmation other than the message on chat.

This mirror is absolutely stunning. Came really well packed. Its fairly heavy, so needs a good fixing for hanging. Overall it definitely 10/10

I am absolutely delighted with this Mirror, it is stunning. I purchased the largest size (120cm x 120cm) and couldn't be more happier with it.The item was packed very well - 2 x very thick cardboard boxes, thick polystyrene protective shell, huge plastic bag and copious amounts of packaging tape marked 'fragile'As this Mirror is heavy, it will need two people to hang it. On the back are hanging hooks, therefore all that is required are suitable wall fixings. If you don't think the hooks are sufficient, you can purchase heavy duty hanging kits on Amazon.Please see the attached photos. Thank you.

Having purchased a smaller one for the lounge, we decided a larger one would look great in the bathroom. These mirrors are excellent quality and efficiently delivered. But be warned, they are very heavy, so need substantial wall mountings and you need a couple of strong people to position them.After that, it’s just a regular whisk with the feather duster to keep the stunning look.

WOW! This is just an amazing mirror! Looks far more expensive than it cost & every time someone comes to the house I get fantastic comments on it. Such a great design that reflects the light back in to the room. I've placed mine on the chimney breast in the dining room & it's really brought the room into it's own! My only gripe is the polishing, getting in between the offset blocks of glass!! So a tip is to spray the cloth not the mirror! Polish the center, then the blocks then wrap the cloth round your finger to get in between them. Definitely recommend if your looking to update any room.
