Is this Panama's best coffee? Of course not. Is it a damn good cup for the price? Absolutely. Beautiful aroma and smooth, well-bodied flavor. Good with cream, black or iced.

This is the best tasting coffee! Very low acid, which makes a ton of flavor difference, smooth and rich. I found this first IN Panama and when I got back stateside I went hunting. So glad Amazon carries it! Yummmm

High price. Great taste. Allows for a wide margin of error to achieve optimal taste. Wife typically doesn't like coffee- wife loved this. It has her stamp and mine. The aroma is really quite excellent.

I had just finished my last lb. of beans purchased from Finca Ruiz, so imagine my excitement when I found this coffee available on Amazon. Unfortunately, these beans paled in comparison. None of the flavor profiles you expect in a good cup of Panamanian coffee. It is drinkable, and the acid level is low, but I won't be purchasing again. My search for Good Coffee continues. Hopefully Cafe Palo Alto will be back in stock again soon.

The aroma is delightfully strong. I love this coffee because of it’s simple yet grounding earth tones and boldness. It’s also has functional versatility as it stands nicely as either expresso, drip coffee, or cappuccino

I really loved this coffee! I prefer darker roasts with lots of flavor, but with some other brands I've noticed they end up tasting too bitter. This was the answer to exactly what I was looking for! It was rich but also smooth. I would definitely get this again.

I was really disappointed with this coffee, I love the coffee from this region and drink it all the time. I buy Kotowa coffee and Palo Alto, these have been my favorites. I went the website to learn more about air roasting and I was convinced it was the way to go. I had really high hopes for this coffee. What I found was a lot of discoloration in the beans from uneven roasting. It was more so than any other coffee. On their website they offer custom roasting and I was really impressed that they can monitor temp to 1/10th of a degree. I was even hooked more into this coffee. Then the bag came, nice strong smell of the coffee and I was even impressed. Then I opened the bag. What a let down. I was expecting a nice even color and it wasn't even close. So much for custom roasting. I ground some up using a burr grinder and went for my first sip. It was a let down. If this was your first cup of Boquete Coffee, you would love it. If you are looking for the quality of Boquete, it's lacking in that area. This could be just a bad batch, if it was, they need better quality control. If this was the norm, please improve your roasting and quality control.

these guys use to be the bomb, my go to guys for the Panamanian coffee, this particular one is the most beautiful coffee I have ever had but the Roaster screwed up or they sent the wrong beans in the right bag, I know Panama and its coffees like the back of my hand, short of saying I am a expert on Boquete coffees I am, now my other last time buying they kept sending whole beans even when I specified drip grind. Coffee is only good as the Roaster and this batch was horrible
