Great customer service. Our clock is beautiful but it never kept time correctly. We thought it was the batteries so we changed them twice. Never helped. Reached out to the seller and they quickly responded and sent us a replacement. New clock arrived quickly and so far so good. I'm most impressed with the customer service though.

The quality of the clock is very nice, and it’s an appropriate size for a wall clock. There is no ticking sounds, and I can put it in my room without it bothering me when I sleep. It feels very sturdy and I think this clock will last me a long time.

Clock was nice looking, but I had to return it because it is defective. I put in a new battery and tried to set the clock. The hour and minute hands would not stay where I set them, they would drop and point downward.
