Before I begin my review, I want to address a 3-star reviewer named Selby441, who left a negative rating due to his misunderstanding of what he had bought.When it comes to weapon-mounted lights, most are wider than the trigger guard of the gun, which means using an interference fit around the trigger guard won't work. The light needs to fit through the gap, which requires the entire lower half of the holster to be wide enough for the light. Instead of using the trigger guard for retention, many light-bearing holsters use the light itself for retention.In short, the "click" comes from the Kydex recessing into the trigger guard. On light-bearing holsters, the light is used for retention, and there's no way around that. This is not a fault of the seller, and there is nothing wrong with the holster.The 3-star reviewer claims that the holster is uncomfortable, but there are options to make it more comfortable. You can choose not to carry with a light, or you can purchase wedges to push against your pelvis for added comfort. You can also explore other options for appendix carrying and tips online. This is not the fault of the seller.The reviewer also complains about the "loose wing" and the rubbing on the Glock slide. However, it's common practice for screws and wing pieces to be included in a separate baggy, and Loctite 243 is often used to ensure screws don't back out. Scratches on a holster are expected, as it's a tool, not a jewelry piece.Now that we've addressed these issues, let's move on to the real review.The holster comes in a box with two set screws without the wing installed. It includes two wings (short and tall), two long screws, and one plastic wing attachment. The installation process is straightforward, and you can refer to the Amazon photo if you have any issues. Be sure to use Loctite 243 to prevent the screws from backing out. Let the holster cure for about 24 hours, and you're all set.This is a closed-end holster, so unfortunately, no threaded barrel or comp will fit. However, for an Amazon holster, it works surprisingly well. The DCC MonoBlock Belt Clip is excellent, much better than the unclips and generic 1.75 clip.Overall, this holster works great with my G43 and my Shadow System CR920, and I can draw with reasonable tension. I've worn it with sweatpants and my battle belt, and it's comfortable to wear. Thank you, Drengr, for the great holster. I will purchase more from you in the future.

It’s a solid holster. Great material.Won’t “click”, but the retention is good.It comes with my favorite clips to use for this style of holster. Very solid and sturdy hold even if you opt to use without a belt.From a “beltless” clip standpoint, it’s pretty solid out the box. If you want better beltless clips, try upgrading to an ulti-clip ($15 more or less) but that won’t give you the option to clip over a belt like this one does. I like that you have options with this.In actuality, I give the holster 4.1 stars, but rounded up in this review to help off-set the unfair 1-stars reviews. It’s just not fair to the business owner. 1 star is not indicative of this holster.I filed down a bit to make the entry for the light to go in smoother. Personal preference. Mainly the reason for me unofficially knocking off a star. Rarely anything is 5 stars.In summary, if you have an optic and the TLR 7 sub config for a 43x or CR920. This is the solid holster.

I had high hopes for this company, especially after hearing it was veteran owned. However, I wanted the holster to be better than it was. In reality, it’s uncomfortable, does not fit right (loose wing) and while the firearm sits in it ok…. You never feel secure due to no ‘click’. Rubbing on the glocks slide has already started to appear.For $70, it’s on the high price range of other well known holsters (you know the ones). I would take the wait time on the others as this one sadly missed the mark for me.

Great Holster and comes with DCC clips. No reason to spend extra on anything else. Retains firearm and light combo perfectly. Great extra's like a wing if needed and is exactly as described. will be perfect for EDC.

Drengr is only ok. Two piece belt clips? One would do the same and easer to put on. Don’t wear a nice belt, they will scratch the finish. Why don’t they have their company name anywhere on the holster? To expensive for what it is.
