Get off the oily silicone matMost silicone mat feels oily, and they all hard to clean up, which is terrible. This BBQ Grill Mats cool down in a matter of about three seconds after you remove them from the heat. A BBQ revelation!
I don't often write reviews, but when it really is an excellent innovation and or well priced I'm all up for it.Anyway, this particular product has revolutionised BBQ's for me now. I have a fairly ancient Homebase gas bbq with lava rocks and a horrendously badly corroded grill. This mat sits on top of the grill and 100% prevents any items of food from sticking, also removes any flare ups from fat dripping on the rocks, you're left with perfectly cooked burgers that don't resemble charred remains that are still frozen in the middle. Even excellent with home made fresh burgers that tend to sometimes break up and fall through the grill to certain death...After an evenings intensive bbq session catering for 8 hungry adults, the pad was remarkably easy to clean even after cooking steak, chicken kebabs, home made fresh burgers and veg kebabs! Incredibly impressed would be an understatement! 5*

I didn't think these would work....I'm now a convert.
I was recommended these by a friend and althoughI cynical I thought I would give them a try. I Previously typically spent 30 minutes cleaning the grill on my gas BBQ with steel wool etc. Also small items like prawns and vegetables were forever plummeting down the grating into the gas abyss. These mats solve all the problems; the meat still browns off nicely and there's no problems with burgers sticking to the grill and breaking up. Cleaning the matt takes a few minutes. My first mat lasted about 10 weeks before I decided to replace it.A great idea that works well. My barbying life is now complete

A great idea
Works really well. Saves cleaning the grill. Helps with even cooking as fat does not drip causing flame. Also stops food falling through grills. Easy to clean (even cold the next day, unlike the grill) Only lost a star as the flavour of the food dropped fractionally. You are required to marinade the meat to keep the taste buds tingling.

Great item
The boba mats arrived a day early which was great, I used them the next day they were great. Did what they said, only thing I would say is that it can make the food spit as they is now where for the fat to go u till it can run off. But it does help to keep boba cleaner.

Worth buying
Excellent purchase. Not only cooks cleanly but also keeps grill clean. The ability to cook vegetables on BBQ is a great bonus.

They are great. Simple to use easy to clean
They are great. Simple to use easy to clean. Not sure I needed to get 5 as they are really reusable. The only thing is they are big and sort of dominant the bbq, but you could always cut them to fit.
