Great airbag light reset tool!
Works as described! Used this on a 1998 BMW 528i e39. Quickly identified the codes(s) that allowed isolating the problem. Some problems will throw multiple codes. After addressing problem, codes can be cleared / reset. In my case, once I cleared the codes, the dash light turned off, and so far has stayed off with no new SRS codes. The e39 is known to have problems with the passenger seat occupancy sensor. Some BMWs will allow plugging into diagnostic port under dash; others will require using included adapter and plugging into the diagnostic port in the engine bay. The manual has some typos, but still understandable. Well worth the purchase, especially when compared to what dealer might charge. SRS codes that appear to be Internittent can be cleared. If they come back then more troubleshooting may be needed to fix the source of the problem.

Works as it should
I forgot to reconnect my driver door air bag before connecting the battery while replacing the window tracks. The air bag code came up on the dash and this product quickly read and removed the code!

Works as expected however the manual needs work
The scanner worked on my 2001 330i. I had removed my side airbag to fix my window regulator and I drove the car without the airbag while I was waiting for the new regulator to arrive. Afterwards, the airbag light stayed on even after I reconnected the airbag. Using the scanner connected to the OBD-II port, I was able to read the codes, (50) Supply voltage and (5) Firing circuit, side airbag, front left side. I had to clear it twice. It didn't seem to take the first time I tried to clear it for some reason. I assume I didn't do it right the first time.I did not need the adapter that came with it. It connects to the standard OBD-II port and I noticed that it had more pin than my diagnostic reader. I suspect that's why I wasn't able to clear the airbag light with my other scanner.Minus -1 star for typos in the manual. Examples: "Use code derinitions (sic) wisely" and "Note: if it shows '--'. There are on codes to display." That should read "no codes to display". It says "lift side" and "light side" here and there. There were so many that I found it difficult to understand the manual initially. The tool is incredibly basic, you can only read SRS codes or clear them. It offers no other functionality but I guess that's why it is an inexpensive tool. I would recommend if a) you know why your airbag light is on and b) your vehicle is covered.

Easy to use. It cleared the airbag fault on my Z3. I would definitely recommend.
