Good gift for kids
Great gift for my 6 year old. Quality string and 3 different lengths. Does seem to get in a knot often but easy to detangle.

Very cool toy, 10 year old approved!
My 10-year-old son really loves Zip string! He makes different waves and creative shapes with it. We gave it to him for Christmas. It did lose its appeal after a while, but then he picks it back up every few weeks. So it's definitely worth it! He really wants the glow in the dark black light version next.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I got a ZipString original for my 8 year old grandson and gave it to him today as an early Christmas present. He loved it! The string tangled in the devise as he was learning how to use it. When he tried to pull the string out of the devise to untangle it a thin red โthreadโ also came out, as seen in the attached photo. At 3:46 pm I sent a message and a picture of the devise to customer support asking if that issue was fixable. I got an immediate response via email and within 35 minutes or so I was informed that another ZipString original was being sent to us. Later that evening I already received the tracking info. THATโS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This toy is so fun! I got it for 3 more of my grandkids too and honestly wish Iโd ordered one for myself! ๐ After watching some of the videos on the ZipString website with my grands so they could see different ways to play with it they are all in agreement they wish I had purchased the Luma model cause it has a black light and includes strings that glow in the dark. You may want to consider that when purchasing. My grands range in age from 3 to 13 and they all love this toy!

This product was an Easter gift for 5 boys, who loved the Zip string. One of the five doesn't work but sending to replace that. They had the most fun with these and quickly impressed everyone at the party with their skills. The age ranged from10 to 16 years old. (very difficult to get gifts for that age) Every boy loved this gift.

Poor quality
The rope quality is extremely poor. All three ropes that came with the device snapped within less than two days of normal use.
