Fisherman! Net protection = Boat protection. Purchased to use on my Beckman landing net, protecting the basket means protecting the gunnels and engine cowl on my boat. Process took me about 30 minutes, first removing the net head, then removing the existing rubber net. I then snaked the 3/4" FOAM purchased here, around the head of the net. I then worked the original rubber net loops around the foam. Secured with 2 zip ties. Back in business, and the end of my net won't hurt a thing this year. Protect those boats fellas!! Great value at $10, and very pliable (easy to work with...a soft foam that is very workable if that makes sense). Great size for most every net, I only had about 6" excess for my project. Great overall value vs. buying something from the boating industry, or cutting pool noodles or other tubing, then needing 15 zip ties to secure the foam! See pics

Just what I needed

I was surprised by how soft and flexible these tubes were. I was expecting something like a pool noodle, but these come bent and rolled into a small package. They worked for my use, but did require some Velcro straps to hold them around the item I used them on since they didn't have any real structure or strength to them.

Worked well for outdoors AC TUBES AND PIPES. Easy to cut but you can not pull on to hard it tears . Overall it doing its job. Adhesive work well but I used gorilla tape on the end to insulate better.

Loved this purchase. I ordered 1” interior diameter, 6 feet length. I have 2 black iron/metal square legs to my bed IN THE MIDDLE of the frame on the outer edge and I was SO TIRED of cracking my toes on them! I bought this and cut it into the 13” lengths of the legs, cut each piece down the center and wrapped the legs. VOILA! Padded legs! Came in super handy, too bc as I changed my sheets this afternoon, I cracked my toes TWICE on those mothertruckers and it didn’t hurt!!! I know it isn’t the designed intent for this product, but they are SUPER soft and do a great job protecting my tootsies!! 😆

I used these for the edge of my tiered metal shoe rack, to keep the shoes from sliding forward and falling off of the shoe rack. They were the perfect size for this.

Useless. Does not come in a stick like the stuff at HD or Lowe's. Instead it's very soft, and comes rolled up. It weighs very little, and has no memory, so if you try to cut it lengthwise to feed over a pipe,.. it stays open and falls off. Wall thickness is almost 5/16", and not 3/8". I bought 6. All are going in the dumpster.
