Great sound, long battery life, easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these to sync to 2 helmets to allow me to communicate with my wife while riding. I actually bought a helmet with a microphone and speaker built in, but wanted an upgrade. The Fodsports headset was definitely an upgrade!Install was really easy. I thought I would have to remove the old speakers, but is easily slipped in and I had it installed in under 15 minutes. The clip to the helmet is made of metal, and is strong enough to hold securely in place wherever you put it.Speaker quality - it can go loud enough to hear comfortably riding down the road at 70+ miles per hour. Base and treble were good, not super high end, but definitely not tinny. Noise cancelling is a necessity - my other speakers did not have this, and removing the wind noise makes a big difference.Microphone - it comes with a button and boom style. My helmets are full face (safety first!), and I tried out both versions of microphone. Couldn't really tell the difference. If you have a modular or open face, the boom style will be the one you need. It comes with plenty of double sided sticky material, so I attached the button to the front of the helmet.Battery - I've taken it on a 8 hour day, sharing music, turn by turn directions, and intercom during the whole day between the two helmets. It ran just fine (my phone ran out of juice, but not my headset!). I ride my motorcycle daily in the fall, and bring in the device to charge once a week. No problems with battery.I really like how easy it is to charge. My inbuilt headset had a battery hidden away inside the helmet, and it was difficult to get the charger to stay in. Plus I had to bring in the whole helmet. The Fodsport clips out and has a USB-C charge port - really easy to manage.Ease of use - I like the multiple buttons. There is an intercom button which is different shape than the function button. Easy to feel even with gloves on. One click and it transfers from iphone connection to intercom. Either rider can initiate the intercom. One button and it's back to iphone music (and turn by turn directions). The function key is larger and integrates to pause the music.I really like that I can share music - both riders can listen from one iphone. Feature is easy to set up, hold down the plus for 3 seconds with both units turned on, and away we go.Using siri works well. You have to press the volume + and volume - at the same time. Not hard to do, I do wish it was just one button though. Answering incoming calls also works well, but you'll need to 'study' a little to know what button to push for incoming. It has an auto-answer functionality, but I didn't want to auto answer my calls, so I set it up to require that I accept the call.I only have 2 of these, so I didn't test more than 2 intercoms. I will say that the range appears to be pretty good, I had my daughter walk about 200 yards away and it still worked fine.Overall, a very solid headset for a good price. Exactly what I was looking for.

Winner winner chicken dinner!
I was looking to get a new Bluetooth device for one of my helmets (I have a lot) and was originally looking at the M1-S pro, since I've heard great things about them from my fellow riders. I already own a fx-30c which I love, but for local riding, I don't always need a bulky intercom with a built in cam. Anyway I went with the MS-1 Plus instead. The new model allows 8 riders to simultaneously talk which is great for my long group trips, secondly it allows me to share music with my girlfriend when she's riding passenger and the selling point is that it supports Siri for hands-free tasks. The device is small and slim with 4 large buttons that are easy to press and find with gloves on. The sound quality is great even at higher speeds and the noise cancelling was excellent for phone calls. The only thing I had an issue with during my brief usage was the FM channels as it didn't pick up anything. I don't listen to the radio as much as I stream from phone (music sound quality is awesome) so its not the end of the world for me, but nice to have. I will update once I figure it out. The intercom as I already suspected is good and clear with other riders. So far I am digging this Bluetooth device, and didn't expect anything less from fodsport. If there are any issues I am sure fodsport will resolve it, and if not the return grace period is really generous. But from what I've seen so far it does not disappoint (BTW its a USB C charge and headphone port! Finally fodsport!) Quality and reasonable pricing, can't ask for anything more.

2 year review
Been using this product for just over two years now without a single issue. I’ve had it on two different helmets now and cannot complain for what I paid. The only true complaint I have is the volume, it wasn’t very loud to begin with but, it was loud enough. It seems over time the max volume has decreased a little. I do see that they have updated the unit and speakers since I bought mine. The claimed better noise isolation and higher volume almost makes me want to get the updated version. For what it sells for you cannot beat it, the big name units with the same features go for $300+. If you’re on the fence, go ahead a buy it, you won’t find a better deal.

Works great, fits great!
Pairs with my old fod sports bluetooth on my son's helmet no problem. Love that this also has fm radio if I want to save my phone battery. No issues with installation. Used the boom with my modular, sound on the other end of the call was good.

These need an earbud jack - seriously.
Installed a set into 2 helmets so myself and girlfriend ca talk to each other while riding. Absolutely terrible sound quality at highway speed - worse than the $15 wired intercom we used to use. What am I doing wrong, I asked myself. I checked some honest feedback from vloggers and discovered most in-helmet speakers aren't suitable for purpose so Sena and Cardo put 3.5mm earphone jacks on their units. Helmet speakers can be turned up but at such high volume to overcome road, engine and wind noise you will damage your ears. Fodsports use a USB-C connector so you can plug in a gaming headset with earbuds and microphone. Instead, I cut the wires to the speakers and soldered in a 3.5mm earphone socket. Problem solved. I use my Sennheiser earbuds which keep out the noise. I wish Fodsports had just put a 3.5mm socket on the units to begin with.

Awesome for the money
I have a SENA headset on my main helmet, I paid almost 10X what this cost, this works just fine, I don't use it to talk to other riders, just for music and my GPS...for this it works fine, the SENA has 50mm drivers and this has 40mm drivers so the SENA has slightly better sound, but lets be realistic for a moment, at 60mph on a motorcycle, nothing has great sound anyway....this is the best deal going on a BT headset for a motorcycle helmet, I spent more on beer in a brewery that what I spent on this...just buy it if you are reading this.

DURARON SOLO 7 MESES FUNCIONANDO
Después de 6 meses tuve fallas en ambos dispositivos.... la calidad es buena, la conectividad entre ambos es buena pero por el precio no lo vale.... inviertan en algo un poco más caro pero mejor.....

Awesome range
Ordered, came sooner than expected. Works exceptional both connecting to another Fod unit and other brands. Line of sight distance 800m, out of sight cut that in 1/2. More than enough if travelling in a group of riders.Sharing music with my wife on the back is very easy, or she can have her own playing. Communication speeds up to (or slightly above) highway speeds. Speakers are not home stereo quality, but considering all the other wind noise, engine noise, etc they perform well and I wouldn't return the units because of that at all. Rode in one rain storm so far, seem bullet proof. Love the large buttons, can access and utilize all features with gloves on. Mic picks up voice only and the constant intercom (when music isn't playing - it's one or the other) between wife and I is just like riding in my jeep. Battery life (only owned for a month or so) is great, but as with all electronics we'll see how it holds up after repeated charge/discharge cycles. Can't go wrong with these units.

Probably the biggest bang for the buck in motorcycle intercoms!
An absolutely 5-star product! This helmet intercom not only connects between 8 riders in a mesh network, it also allows sharing of the same music between two helmets (say rider and pillion), as well as connect to the FM band. Max volume is very loud and the quality of sound is tops! Phone calls while riding are a pleasure to conduct. This is a no-contest product at this price. Close your eyes and buy it.

Nice set
My only complaint is that they are not as loud as I'd like, other than that, the reception and sound quality are good. Fairly easy to install and set up.
