Give them time
I have used these before , these are not a quick thing. You have to keep using them but they do work. If I remember right it took a couple of months but my stomach tightened up and got a lot smaller. It has not come back. I want them now for another area on my body.

No instructions in English. If you are going to sell to English speaking customers please provide instructions. How do I use this- how long to wear, any instruction for prepping skin prior to application, how to apply would be sppreciated

Burns like heck, but definitely see a difference. Feels like a sunburn while its on, but i think that means it works.
