I cannot get the SIM card to work because it doesn’t automatically choose the right band. There are hundreds of bands that I need to choose from manually, and it’s an endless loop. If the company is good enough, can they advise me which band to choose from in Saudi Arabia?

I have two units and am purchasing a third. I have used over a year and it has been flawless. Wireless CarPlay works as expected. It quickly pairs to OBD2 adapters for in-car diagnostic apps and gauges. My units just received a major update that adds Cloud Sim capabilities. No more physical sim needed for 4G, instead get connected to whatever is the fastest 4G network available from any carrier, at a price that is less than the monthly charges of a SIM card. I am in the United States and was using a T-mobile sim at $20/month. Now I get faster speeds with a virtual sim switching between ATT, Verizon and T-mobile at $14/month or $140/yr.

This device is great. I mentioned the one issue I have in the headline. My rear speakers cut out when using google maps on the Android side of the device. Otherwise sound would be a 5. Don't know what's happening there because they work perfectly under Android Auto and Carplay. That's fine if you don't want to use the just the tablet function of the device. Video is great, picture quality is all that I expected. Obviously this depends upon the signal strength and throughput of your internet connection. The device works with both a Verizon and T-Mobile SIM inserted and is "stand alone" at that point. I'll update later as I spend more time with it.
