Easy to put together with allen key provided. I wasn’t sure my cat would use the litter box through the hole so the first day I kept the doors open and by the third day I was able to close the doors and she uses it every day, no problem so far! Tracks a little bit but I clean it every day, no big deal. My kitty loves the top perch but hesitant about the hanging bed. All in all, it looks great and good purchase.

Love the size and layout of this tree. It was a little difficult to assemble the door latches bc the cheap screws and cheap hardware, so they took the most time. Other than that, I love it.

Only giving 4 stars because the pictures with shrunken cats make it look bigger than it is.I don't agree with the reviews saying this is hard to put together, it just takes some time and attention to detail. Make sure you tighten all screws all the way hand tight to avoid wobble.

My cats love this. I put a blanket in the bottom instead of a litter box since my kitties like to "hide". It's sturdy and wasn't too hard to put together. Love the way this looks more like a piece of furniture over just a cat tree. Kitty approved!

I had issues with this tree at first, but customer service made it right. They respond quickly to your issues.

I cannot recommend this product. It cannot handle being exposed to moisture at all, which is a big problem for something that’s supposed to hold a litter box, the material it is made out of expands flakes and crumbles from the moisture of even Fabreeze. It truly was a very expensive waste of money.

Pros: it's cute, it's pretty sturdy, and my cats love it. Also gave extra installation pieces like screws and whatnot, so that's always nice.Cons: Missing bag labeled "E" for the Allen screws that attach to the bottoms of the posts. It seems like there's no way to get ahold of the seller without having to get an entire new package sent out rather than just the screws I need, so I'll have to go to a parts store to get them, which is very inconvenient. Another issue i had with this is that any part where the small black screws are supposed to go into, aren't pre-drilled and they're a huge pain to screws into the wood. I ended up giving up on the screwdriver supplied in the package and used a power drill with the smallest phillips-head bit I could find and had to drill very slowly due to the small size of the screw barely fitting into my drill bit. My final con: the top perch is not plush at all, however my chunky cat loves it, so i guess it'll do for her.overall, was it worth the $99? probably not. I would say it's more worth $75 at the most with the issues I've experienced. Will I keep it though? yes. I went through 2.5 hours of building this, I'm not taking it all apart and doing it over again.
