I did a lot of research to find a good probiotic, carefully comparing the ingredients that are really essential. Although it's a bit pricey, it contains most of the key components I was looking for, so I think it's worth it. I don’t know yet if the product will work but thanks to some reviews here I was able to verify that the bottle only included 28 capsules instead of the 30 count stated on the manufacturer label please watch out since this should be addressed by the manufactures
